Sources say...YES!
FWA recently plastered a bunch of garbage all over their web site about Ryan Cain being forced into Rehab if he stayed there, claiming that as the reason he quit for W2K. Well a representative from MSN Network and W2K itself had the following to say.
"FWA should and definitely could be sued for it's slander of Ryan Cain. First of all he was tested upon returning to Wrestling 2000, not because of our own policy but for his own safety and health. Ryan Cain returned that test clean as a whistle. There was no time for him to take any filters to alter the test. We actually surprised him at his hotel room by waking him up with a cup to fill. Blood work was also done just to be sure. He passed with flying colors, and this was before he gave FWA any notice. Will we be taking legal actions against FWA? Absolutely not, they're not worth it. They no longer have anything we want, especially in their bank accounts. It seems that ungrateful company forgot who created them and where all of their past and current concepts even came from. Maybe they should think about that while they're being bood out of the building during their San Antonio show, unless of cour they opt to go the unr ealistic route and use pre recorded fan cheers, ala WCW. So when you hear that monotonous GOOOOLLLDDBBEEERRRGG. Chant. You'll know our fans are the reason why."
