The only boards open are the Mgmt, RP, and Profiles boards. This i sbecause I want everything inside W2K to be RP'ed, and yes, you can write out a kayfabed-OOC through confidential as "news". No trouble, just don't post on this board or any that are described as "closed" from now on. I'd rather not have OOC's at all.
