[ The scene cuts back to the ring, where Latino Diablo and Michael Angelucci are in the ring, ready for their match.

Macklin: "Here’s our opening bout folks, Latino Diablo and Michael Angelucci both making their W2K debuts."

Askin: "Oh boy. I just can’t wait."

[Latino stretches out his arm, extending a hand shake to Michael. Michael looks a little confused at first, but cautiously shakes his hand. After the hand shake, the two back up, and start circling each other. Diablo puts his right hand in the air, asking for a test of strength. Michael locks in his right hand with Diablo’s, and then locks the left. Latino tries really hard, and at first seems to be winning, but Michael comes back, and is able to make Latino bend on his knees and lay on the mat. Latino, however, kicks Michael’s left hand, then flips up and locks in an Arm Wrench Wristlock. Michael reverses into an Arm Wrench of his own, but Latino flips forward, and trips Michael. Latino goes for and successfully locks in the Dragon Sleeper.

Macklin: "Diablo is showing impressive skills in this match in the early going."

Askin: "Oh yeah. A reversal to an Arm Wrench and a Dragon Sleeper is really impressive."

[ Angelucci tries to twist, but he's kinda stuck, locked in by W2K's Greatest Luchadore.... ... but he decides to use Latino holding him up to his advantage, and brings his lower body to enough to send a kick to Latino's head, but Latino cranks his head, and Angelucci only hits shoulder... but it's enough to make Latino uneasy enough to try something else. He stands up, and brings Angelucci's back down on his knee- and again! And again! Angelucci's legs sprawl, but he gets his feet under his knees again, and swings again and brings both knees into the face of Latino, who shakes his head, releasing Mike, and wobbling back. Mike gets in a three point stance, and goes for Latino, who ducks and sends Mike up and over, crashing to the floor, and the crowd gets anxious... ]

Askin: "Don't the luchas have a rule when someone's outside the ring?!"

Macklin: "I dunno if it's a rule, but it certainly happens!"

[ Latino takes off in a run, hitting the ropes and coming back, soaring over in a Flying Suicide Plancha.... and goes for Mike who's standing- Mike opts not for the catch and instead pulls some of the guardrail closer and rolls out of the way- but too late for Latino who crahses into it hard! OOOOOOOO... he bounces off, and is hurt, but Mike decides it's not his problem, pulling him up and running him into the apron, then sliding him in the ring. Once he does, he follows, and grabs Latino's head, setting him up for a DDT, and plants him- ONE! TWO! NO!!! Lucha pride wont let him fall to a ddt! Lucha's arm shoots up, and Mike takes him up by the arm, and swings him into the turnbuckle- Mike follows, gets a knee to the gut, slowing him down, and Latino laces him up for a Tornado DDT- he swings and once clearof the ropes, Mike takes both hands and SHOVES Latino off, sending him in a downward spiral crash into the canvas...>!!! Again, Mike makes the cover- ONE! TWO! NO!! ]

Askin: "Whenver I see a lauchadore match, everyone else just seems so weak."

[ Lucha gets up, but is whipped again- Mike telegraphs theback body, so Latino slides onto his back and sends both feet up into his face- Mike recoils, but stumbles back, and Latino hoistshis legs up and scissors Mike's head with his ankles, then twirls, sending Mike into a corkscrew spin of his own! Mike lands over by the ropes, pulling himself up, as Latino charges with an assault of a drop kick- Mike hangs back, back over the top rope, and Latino misses, falling just before him- Mike comes forward and stomps Latino's chest, Latino convulses, but, Mike brings him up and into a pump handle slam that floors him... Again, he picks him up, and goes for the "God's Fire", connecting- and ONE! TWO! THREE! "Angel's Holocaust" blares, as Mike Angelucci wins his debut!!!

Macklin: "A nice, back and forth match that saw Angelucci squeaking out the win!"

Askin: "Once Latino went for the Plancha, I think that gave Angelucci the part to work on, and he just kept trying to reverse some awesome offense by Latino."

[ Latino rolls up, and as Mike celebrates in the ring, Diablo offers his hand again, Mike takes it, and they shake, as RAGE goes to a commercial.
