[Backstage, JT Kash is in a locker room, sitting lone on a wooden bench, with the W2K title befor ehim in his hands, head dipped down. There's a knock at the door. JT doesn't answer it, but the door creaks open anyways.

Jerm: "JT... my man. The Champ. TEH Man. Hows it feel?"

[JT just raises his head and looks at the Jerm. They have a history...!!!

Jerm: "Well duh. Of course how would it feel right? I'm down, JT, I'm down. I'm proud of you. I always knew out of you and Dangerously, you had more talent. Syndicate was built around you. Your house, daddy, YO HOUSE..."

[JT just looks at him and sighs.

Jerm: "Well champ, I had my secretary draw up these papers. Basically, they state even if my son can't beat you at SouL Survivor- since youre the champ, then I can stay on as a manager."

JT Kash: "AH! That's exactly what I needed. Here, let me read that over in my office!"

[Jerm grins.

Jerm: "I knew you'd see it my way. The Jerm and JT Kash... Syndicate reunited! It'll be great. Awesome. Groovy even!"

[JT takes the contract, and heads into his office at the corner of the locker room, as Jerm waits.

Jerm: "I'll be right here, waiting for you to sign it. Yep."
