The ladder stand just outside of the ring. William Rodney Mercy and Matty Legend are now in the middle of the ring, each having the chair locked to each of their right hands. The referee explains to the both of them the rules to the match... WRM moves forward and slams a right hand wrapped with chain over Matty's face. Matty Legend staggers back then gets knocked down with a clothesline. The crowd cheers as the Rodster just stands there and looks down at a shocked Matty Legend. Matty pulls on the chain brining WRM downtowards him and kicks him right in the chest taing him back against the ropes. WRM lands sitting on the second rope as Matty hopes to his feet... Matty runs to clothesline WRM out of the ring... WRM ducks and pulls on the top rope... Matty falls of the top but lands on his feet on the outside. WRM pulls on the chain bring Matty to the apron... WRM runs and rams his knee to the kidney of Legend. Matty remains on the apron however and thats when WRM wraps the chain over Matty's neck twice and begins to choke him as Matty hangs on the edhe of the ring on the outside.
Joey: William Rodney Mercy starts this match in a brutal fashion!
WRM shoves Matty back to the ring with force. He wraps his right hand with the chain once again and waits for Matty Legend to come to his feet... *BAM*.. Matty's knocked off his feet. Matty's back up again... WRM clocks him over the head again. Matty then gets whiped on the back with the chain. WRM wraps the chain from the back around his neck and shoves him back to the mat with force.
Joey: I think its fair to say that so far in this match WRM has the upperhand.
Trunks: WRM is an old fart who is no longer part of an evolutionary chain that Matty IS APART OF!!!!
He lifts Matt to send him to the ropes... Matty legend pull son the chain.. Superkick!
Trunks: HAHA!!!! Man tht was fast, nice seeing you again Rod!!
Matty drops on top of William Rodney Mercy... 1.........2... Rodney kicks out!
Joey: He isnt going ou that easy...
Matty lifts Rodney and sends him to the ropes with an irishwhip... Matty wih a flying knee on WRM's face. He lifts WRM and goes for another Irish-Whip... WRM pulls on the chain and goes for a clothesline... Matty ducks and hops on to the second rope... he pringboards backwards for a lionsault... ***ROD_EFFECT!!!!*** right out of nowhere.... William Rodney Mercy covers Matty Legend.. 1......2..... Matty kicks out!!!!. But not without a bloody lip. WRM cant believe it.
Trunks: The heard of Matty Legend is amazing!!! He just kicked out of the Rod-Effect for the 1000th time of his career!!! WRM isnt going to beat him with that ancient move.
Joey: I think Matty's bloody lip proves its effective.
With Legends blood all over his chest now Rodney lifts Matty and sends him with an Irish-Whip to the corner. WRM dives with a splash and connects... ***ROD-EFF----NO!!!!, While WRM was about to connect Matty Legends flips forward and lands on his feet. WRM comes back up... drop kick by Legend!... WRM gets back up and another drop kick is connected! WRM gets back up... ducks the third attempt but Matty lands on his feet... WRM for a clothesline but Matty ducks! Matty turns around **ROD-EFFEC----Matty does the same!!! Flips and lands ontop of WRM...!!!! Rodney snaps on an anckle lock!!! Matty tries to flip off but WRM keeps it locked!!!!!... Legend finally flips out of it and swings forward sending WRM face first against the second turnbuckle. WRM staggers... Legend is up and **ROD-Effec--- Legend counters with a reverse DDT and slams the back of WRM's head on his knee!!! He's countered it three times now. Legend covers... 1........2...............3-NO!!! William Rodney Mercy kicks out...
Trunks: COME ON REF!!! BOOOOO, Long count!!!
Joey: Perhaps I have to agree, was a long count...
Matty Legend gets up and complains to the ref slapping his hand on his palm three times over and over. It was a long three count but the match isnt over yet... Legend turns around and gets punched right in the face with a right hand. WRM begins to go Floyd Mayweather (punches him a few times) on Legend and knocks him off his feet. Legend tries to roll out of the ring but he's pulled back in with the chain. Matty gets up and goes for a dropkick... WRM pulls on the chain in mid-air and causes Matty to turn 180 degrees in mid air... ***ROD-EFFECT!!!!***. Matty bounces off the mat face first and the impace sends him between the second and first rope to the outside. The fans go nuts for what they just saw...
**HOLY SHIT....HOLY SHIT...HOLY SHIT**
Joey: Matty has just been served...
Trunks: I agree, that was awsome...
WRM begins to pull on the chain to bring Legend back into the ring.... He comes closer to the ropes to see where Legend is at... and there he is laying on the edge of the ring on the outside. Rodney slides out of the ring to bring Legend to the ring... Matty takes out a chair from under the apron and slams it accross WRM's face!!! Legend falls back on his stomach releasing the chair as Rodney falls flat on his back with a busted forehead. Matty is still shaken up so WRM gets up first and reaches for the chair him self... He lifts it and slams it across Matty's back! The Rodster then shoves Matty into the steel steps! Right after WRM whips the back of Legend with the chain! Legend cringes in pain as WRM does it again!!! WRM lifts the steel chair one last time and lifts it waiting for Legend to turn around... he does... *WHAM* chair connects with the steel post! This causes vibrations to run over Rodney's hands and that causes him to drop the chair. Legend connects with a right hand... and another!... and another!... one more to stagger WRM! Legend then pulls on the chain... Hurrincanrana!!! WRM lands face first on the steel steps!!! His cheek bone is busted wide open.
Joey: DAMN! WRM has been busted ugly on that right cheek bones folks!!! That blood is coming out black!
Trunks: And he still wants to keep going... crazy old man.
Joey: He's not very old Joey, he's in his thirties...
Trunks: ... Maybe you're right... you're moms obviously not thast old either...
Matty walks over and goes for the ladder. He closes it and flits it... slams the end of it over WRM's face. While WRM's down Matty lifts up the ladder and slams it down over WRM's stomach. Matty then slides the ladder into the ring... he lifts WRM... but WRM then lifts Legend for a bodyslam... but doesnt slam him... instead drives his back on to the steel post!!.... He does it again!!! WRM then connects with a backbreaker! WRM wipes the blood on his right cheek bone... he's cut bad there, you can see through layers of skin. WRM rolls Legend into the ring and follows behind him. WRM sends him to the ropes with an Irish-whip... Legend ducks an atempted elbow to his face... WRM almost loses balance... Legend springboards off the second rope and leaps back for a crossbody and connects but WRM catches him. WRM goes for anoehr backbreaker but Legend counts it into a Tornato DDT onto the ladder!!!! WRM's bloody face just got worse! Legend wipes some blood off his lip and then connects with some boots across WRM's kidneys.
He lifts WRM... he mocksh im for a little and makes it clear that he's going for a Rod-Effect... Matty gets punches right across the face with a right hand. He staggers, WRM grabs Legend for a snap suplex on to the ladder! Like that WRM climbs the top turnbuckle as Legend lays on the ladder... springboard moonsault... connect!!! WRM isnt known for being a big high flyer but that connected!!! The fans go wild. He slides Legend off the ladder and covers...1.........2........ Matty somehow, while coughing blood and everything, kicks out!
Rodney grabs Legend from the back of the hair and slams his head against the laid out ladder. He then sits ontop of him and wraps the chain over Legend's neck! WRM snaps on the Camel-Clutch! Matty is thinking of tapping... looks like he just did, slaps his hand across WRM's leg twice!!!!!! WRM releases the hold and raises his arms up... the ref shakes his head... he says Matty didnt tap!!!
Joey: Two controversies in one night!!! I think Matty tapped!!!
Trunks: Yara-Yara-Yara... hey that long count now has JUSTICE!!!! As far as I know, we're even.
While WRM's distracted Matty wrapps the chain over his neck from behind and hops on top of him while WRM's standing to start choking him.. WRM tries to say standing but is eventually loosing too much oxigen to remain standing and falls to his knees. Legend keeps chocking him as Rodney's hands fall... Ref lifts WRM's arm once... down it goes... Legend begins to apply more pressure... Ref lifts it again... and down... "Rodstah" chants fill the arena..... lifts it again... and dowwwwww--- WRM brings his hand up.... he turns his hand and gives Legend the finger... Legend doesnt release the choke however. WRM reaches into his trunks and pulls out a key??? He unlocks his wrist from the chain!!! WRM then drives backwards slamming Matty on to the turnbuckle... he does it again... and again and finally Matty releases. WRM rolls forwards and lands on his feet turning around watching Legend laying on the turnbuckle.
Trunks: WRM is cheating!!! He unlocked him self from the chain!!!
Matty starts pointing at WRM outragged while looking on at the ref .
Joey: Matty's losing control here.
Trunks: WRM is cheating!!!
Joey: This match should already be over! Matty tapped!!!
Trunks: Actually... I just got word from an official in the back... Matty only his the mat twice... you have to tap the mat three consecutive times!!!
Joey: What is this? A tap is a tap!
Trunks: NOPE!!!!! NOT BY THE RULE IT AINT!!!
WRM gets closer to the corner and traps Legend there... Legend grabs the top rope on each side and connects with a kick with both legs across WRM's chest, sending him back. Legend runs forward... WRM with a drop-toe-hold!!! Legend falls face first on to the ladder again!!! His head bounces back as he comes to his feet... German suplex by WRM on to the turnbuckle!!!
Joey: Matty Legend is almost broken in half!!!
WRM lifts Legend... Fisherman's suplex connect... 1.......2...... Legend kicks out!
Joey: Somehow... Legend is still in this!!!WRM cant see through one eye however, its covered with blood!!!
WRM lifts Legend and punches him across the stomach. He sends him to the ropes... Legends hangs on to the ropes!!! WRM runs forward... but puts on the breaks as Legend preplans the ducking... they're both in a standstill for a second or two Legend connects with a boot to the midsection! He turns and comes from behnd WRM and connects with an inverted backbreaker!!! ... Legend covers... 1.......2....... NO!!! WRM kicks out!!!
Trunks: LONG COUNT AGAIN!!!
Joey: Okay... that one wasnt a long count Trunks...
Legend looks at the chain and gives us all an evil smirk. He begins to wrap the chain over his hand as WRM is getting back up.
Joey: Matty has evil thoughts folks!!!
WRM turns... Matty swings... but the punch is ducked!!! WRM rolls up Matty for a count... 1....2.... Matty kicks out!!! They get back up... WRM's got Matty in a waist lock however... tries to go for a German... Matty counters for a shcoolboy roll up... 1.....2.... WRM kicks out! They get back up again... German Suplex by WRM and a bridged pin!!!! Legend tries getting out of it... 1....... 2......3!!!!!!!
Trunks: NO!!!!
The fans go crazy!!! WRM gets the pinfall!!! Matty tries getting to his feet but keeps staggering and falling to the mat. Rodney stands and has his arm lifted in the air by the ref as the fans go wild!!!
Joey: William Rodney Mercy gets the pin on Matty Legend!!!
WRM's music starts playing on the speakers as the fans go wild... Matty Legend is busy trying to explain to the ref that he kicked out on time. Suddenly we see another ref running on to ringside... He slides in and whispers something to the other ref's ear... Matty Legend tries to listen to what they're saying... WRM just stnds in his corner wondering whats going on.
Trunks: I think Matty is right! He kicked out on time!!! I wish Wrestling had challenges like in Football!!!
Joey: What a brilliant idea Trunks...
Joey just rolls his eyes as the ref tells the announcer what to say...
Announcer- "Ladies and Gentlemen... Matty Legend was indeed pinned..."
Matty's eyes open wide in shock...
Announcer- "But... in a chain-ladder match it is illegal to release your self from the chain. THus that shoudl result in a disqualification of William Rodney Mercy..."
Matty Legend rolls out of the ring and raises his arms in the air woooing to the crowd and starting to sing " I am the champion" outloud.
Announcer- "..But since its not a regular Chain-Ladder match and the ref never asked for the key... the match is to continue..."
The crowd goes wild as Matty stands shocked on the ramp and starts shouting "BUT I WON".
Announcer- "But... the ring doctor has concluded that William Rodney Mercy's cut on his right cheekbone, so your winner via referee stoppage... MAAAATTTTYYYY LEEEEEEGEEEEND"
WRM stands in the middle of the ring staring down at the ref who quickly gets out of the ring.
Joey: Well, this has to be one of the most controversial finishes I have EVER seen in my lifetime.
Matty still stands in the ramp talking to one of the refs asking "So... I win... or...?"
Trunks: Well, William Rodney Mercy cheated... he's a cheater and cheaters never prosper! Plus, as a good sportsman Matty Legend did not want to continue this match for WRM's own health.
Fans begin to chant; "BUULLLLSHIIIITTT... BUUUULLLLSHIIITT... BULLLSHIIIIIIT"
Joey: Oh yes... thats exactly why Matty didnt want to continue...
Joey rolls his eyes one last time at Trunks as we fade out from ringside.... |
