The main event was about to be on it's merry ol' way as both competitors (Rot and Latino Diablo) were in the ring. They looked on at each other as the ref signalled for the damn bell! After the Sons of Disaster ambushed L-D earlier in the week, Diablo is looking to get some revenge on that dirty gringo Rot. LD starts off strong, hitting Rot with his forearms, sets him up, and nails a big enziguri. They're back to a vertical base, LD gets in control again, irish whip... dropkick to Rot's face! The crowd is really getting behind LD now as he is showing Rot he isn't a push-over. He gets Rot to his feet, a couple elbows to the face, set up for a vertical suplex, blocked by Rot. Rot reverses it into a fisherman suplex, and bridges for the pin. Only a two for Rot, back to a vertical base, irish whip by Rot, Diablo attempts at crossbody only to get slammed. Rot works in a headlock, after about thirty seconds Diablo powers out, gets to his feet, picks Rot up, hits an atomic drop, and follows it up with a reverse DDT.
Kewl: "Great ability from Latino Diablo, he really is showing Rot a good match tonight."
Kenni: "And I was showing your mom a good match last night; my balls - her mouth."
Diablo picks Rot up, a brawl ensues. Back and forth punches until Rot blocks one, sidesteps, nails Diablo in the gut, and hits a nice piledriver. Rot goes for a pin, only a two. Back to a vertical base, Rot sends Diablo into the corner. He dashes, goes to hit an Elijah Express-esque double kene attack, Diablo somehow gets out of the way! Rot crashes and burns, falls to the the mat, Diablo springboards off the ropes, tries for a leg-drop, but no one is home. Rot is up now, Diablo gets up, Rot squares him up... X MARKS THE SPOT TO DIABLO'S THROAT!
Kewl: "This could be it here! That was a huge superkick to Diablo's throat!"
Kenni: "This better be it, I hate seeing that dumb Latino down here, ruining wrestling. Maybe we should grab Hernandez from TNA, and he can Border toss him and Diablo back to Messico city."
Kewl: "Racism!"
Rot goes for the pin, and Diablo barely kicks out before three! This comes to a surprise to Rot, but isn't mad. We all know LD is awesome, Santa Maria! Rot picks L-D up, nails him in the gut, double underhooks, and looks to hit the Make-A-Wish but LD reverses it into a headscissors! Rot hits the mat, stands up only to see Latino Diablo flying off the ropes at him! Rot ducks under, springs up so that Diablo lands on his shoulders. Rot military presses Diablo, throws him in the air, and nails the Mock! Diablo crumbles to the mat, and Rot pins.
1... 2... 3!
DING DING
Harold Binkle: "HERE IS YOUR WINNER...... ROT!"
"Megadef" by Styles of Beyond blares over the speakers as Rot looks down at Diablo. Rot makes a gesture with his hands around his waist, signalling that the TV title was as good as his.
