The lighting becomes a dark purple color as the beginning guitar intro of "Inhale" by Stone Sour plays over the public announcement system. The JUMBO tron shows the name "Palsied" in blue and yellow text, the text covers a clip of a man performing a tilt-a-whirl side slam into a piledriver to a random Indy wrestler. That clip is followed by the same man hopping off of a fourteen foot ladder onto a man laid flat on a flaming table with thumbtacks. Following that clip is a clip of, again, the same man performing a Super Huricanrana from the top of a ladder in the inside of the ring to his opponent to the outside through a table covered in nails and toothpicks glued to the table. After about fifteen seconds into the song and watching unbelievable moments performed by Palsied, he finally emerges from behind the curtains. He wears a long coat that drapes down to his ankles. The edges are colored purple, but the inside is filled with blue and golden squares. He also wears purple baggy pants that have a white "P" on the front of pant leg. He wears a black belt, holding these pants up. He also has black boots on with straps instead of laces. And although it is hard to see due to the fact that his sleeves reach down to his knuckles, when he lifts his arms and the sleeves slip down, you can see white wrist tape wrapped around his hand and wrists. And when he lifts his arm high enough, you can see purple elbow pads protecting his elbows. He walks to the edge of the ramp and holds his right forearm before his face, so his bare fist points towards the ceiling. He then lifts his left arm and crosses it perpendicularly at his wrist, so it makes a cross. Palsied then smirks and begins to walk down the ramp, slapping the hands of volunteers from the audience. When he reaches the bottom of the ramp, he holds his arms in the cross taunt again, sliding into the ring. The man brushes his coat off and turns to the nearest turnbuckle, hopping onto it and performing the cross taunt once more. He then performs a 180 degree jump off of the turnbuckle, slipping the coat off and handing it to a stagehand.
Trunks: “Well now that Palsied is finally out here we can bring out the defending champion.�?/FONT>
Joey: “He isn’t defending much, James McKnight has been silently punking out ever since Palsied gave him that beat down last week on RAGE.�?/FONT>
The lights in the arena dim down as the familiar drum beat of 'Bring It On' by Dope begins to filter through the speaker system. The fans are on their feet almost immediately, booing loudly as the song picks up tempo. As the words 'BRING IT!' are screamed out by the lead singer and the guitars kick in, out from behind the curtain emerges James McKnight. The momentum killer stops, looking around at the fans through his sunglasses and shakes his head with a look of disgust. He heads down the ramp quickly, pulling himself up onto the ring apron and looking around once again while crouched down. A grin comes across his face before he ducks through the ropes, taking off his trench coat and handing it to someone outside the ring as he turns his attention towards his opponent.
Joey: “Looks like we’re ready for our first match of the evening.�?/FONT>
Binkle: “Ladies and gentlemen, our first match of the evening is set for one fall with a twenty minute time limit. First, wearing purple and black. He is the challenger…making his in ring return to Wrestling Two Thousand. THE SPOTLIIIIGHT SAAAAIIIINNNTTT PAAAAALLLSSSIIIIIEEEEDDDDD!!!!�?/FONT>
The fans give a good positive reaction to Palsied as he hops up on the turnbuckles trying to get the crowd amped up even more.
Binkle: “And the CHAMPION!�?/FONT>
The fans start to boo and throw popcorn at McKnight.
Binkle: “Wearing white and black, James…MCKNIIIIIIGGGHHHTTTT!!�?/FONT>
BOOOOO!!!!
Binkle: “This match is for the TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIPS! The winner tonight will walk away with both belts, and pick a partner of his choosing.�?/FONT>
Bink walks away from the ring exiting through the ropes as the bell rings and the two men begin to circle each other. James goes in for a lock up but Palsied slides between his legs and quickly rolls over and nips up behind James as the champ turns around Palsied nipped up locking his legs around McKnight’s head and swinging his body around tossing James to the side with a spinning head scissors.
Joey: “Nice display of quickness from the challenger.�?/FONT>
Trunks: “James McKnight will definitely not be able to keep up with Palsied with moves like that, he needs to get in his head and then ground him.�?/FONT>
James gets back up looking pissed and runs at Palsied getting a drop toe hold as Palsied floats over into a headlock. James gets up and throws a couple elbows at Palsied before pushing Palsied off to the ropes. Palsied comes back and James takes him down with a shoulder block. McKnight runs to the ropes and comes back hopping over Palsied who rolls over on his face. Palsied jumps up and leap frogs McKnight, James comes back and goes for a clothesline that Palsied ducks under, James stops and turns around DROPSAULT! Palsied hit’s a picture perfect dropsault that sends James McKnight stumbling backwards into the ropes as Palsied runs forward and hit’s a flying calf kick that sends James up and over the top rope down to the floor.
Joey: “Palsied takes McKnight completely out of the ring with that one!
Trunks: “James McKnight just can’t seem to get in his groove tonight.�?/FONT>
Palsied climbs up to the top and waits for James to get back up, as he does and he turns around Palsied jumps off with a high elevation summersault crashing down onto McKnight. Palsied slowly gets back up as the crowd is standing and cheering him for that high risk move. Palsied drags McKnight up to his feet and rolls him back in the ring. Palsied slides in as McKnight slowly gets back up, Palsied waits for the time to be right as James gets up and turns to face Palsied, X MARKS THE SPOT!
Joey: “Vicious kick to the throat of James McKnight!�?/FONT>
McKnight stumbles back holding his throat as Palsied doesn’t waste any time in taking advantage of the situation Palsied rakes James�?eyes then kicks him in the gut and follows up with an X-Factor!
Trunks: “Palsied just hit the series he likes to call DJ Jones.�?/FONT>
Palsied runs to the apron as McKnight slowly gets back up holding his eyes and throat as Palsied springboards off the top with a HUUUGGEEE forearm smash to McKnight’s face. James hits back and flips over on his face as Palsied forces him back up by the hair and hit’s the COMATOSE! McKnight’s spiked down head first as Palsied makes the pin. 1.�?.�?!!! The bell rings as the ref hands Palsied his tag team titles. Inhale by Stone Sour hits again.
Binkle: “YOUR WINNER…AND NEW TAG TEAM CHAMPIONNNN…PAAAAALLLSSSIIIIEEEDDD!!!�?/FONT>
