Ya...I peeked at Multiply, when the news of MSN closing groups first came out...Along with other ones, like Google, Yuku, Yahoo, FreeWebs...etc...
But I guess I'm not a gal who likes "change"...or "new things". I just don't like learning new computer things....And to Me...some of those sites...seemed too "bloggy"...and complicated. Or Maybe I just don't have the patience to learn something new..??
And I figured...FaceBook, was "right there"...And I figured alot of people already had a FaceBook account. And if they don't...its pretty easy to get one, and navigate. (Once you figure out all the "applications"...on your personal page.) But when you go into the the Facebook group...Its pretty "basic"...with the things we need. Like a place to find information and resourses...and add any you might have. And a place to "talk"...and say "Hi"...and ask questions, etc...(Like the General board here).
Now...I'm not saying...don't go try those other sites...They probly are good sites...But for Me personally...I just don't get them. I don't know...maybe when I have the time...I'll move my personal MSN site...over to Multiply...and play around with it..?? And give it a "chance". But first I have to gather up my patience and get rid of the fear of trying something new.
