Hello everyone. I just found this group last night and it's wonderful to be here. My name is Stacey and my husband and I live in central Ky with our 3 children. Well, we get my stepson every other weekend. Our little girl is 6, my son is 12 and my stepson is 16. Both of our boys are autistic, but on different levels. My son is high-functioning, with OCD and we think with seizure disorder, my stepson is also higher functioning, with ADHD and Tourette's and many physical problems. It's been an extremely rough road with both of them, but HALLELUJAH, lol, I think we've reached a plateau, especially with my son.
As far as me personally, I love to network on the computer, scrapbooking, digital photography (trying to branch into freelance), cooking, travel and making new friends. I'm recently back to being a stay at home mom after working for a year at McDonald's. WHEW, glad THAT's over, lol. I've made up my mind - never again will I work for another fast food joint! It's great for some, but definately not for me, lol.
