Layered Shrimp Dip
 this is wonderful served with either crackers or vegetables.
  - 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened  
 - 1/2 cup sour cream  
 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise  
 - 2 (4-ounce) cans cocktail shrimp, drained  
 - 1 cup seafood cocktail sauce  
 - 2 cups grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese  
 - 1 green or red pepper, diced  
 - 1 tomato, seeded and diced  
 - 3 green onions, sliced  
 - crackers or vegetable dippers
 
 In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread evenly on 12-inch platter. Spread shrimp over cream cheese layer. Spread seafood sauce over shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese, pepper, tomato and green onions; layering in that order. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
