Marigold Muffins

Ingredients:
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 Tablespoons crushed dried marigold petals
2 cups sifted flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
4 Tablespoons honey
1 egg
Directions: Heat milk to boiling point, add crushed marigold petals. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the honey and egg and mix well. Combine with the milk mixture. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400 degree for 20 minutes.
