Caramel Fudge Cake
1 package chocolate cake mix
1-14 oz. bag of caramels
1/2 cup margarine
1-14 oz. can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix as directed. Pour 2 cups of batter into greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Over low heat, melt caramels and butter. Remove from heat, add milk and mix well. Spread caramel over cake. Spead remaining batter over caramel. Top with pecans. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool before cutting.
