| 1 pound Hillshire Farm Polska Kielbasa (sliced into 1/4" medallions) 2 cups sour cream 2 Tablespoon minced onion 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper 1/2 cup chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/2 pound cooked and drained noodles 1 package (16 ounces) Birds Eye Baby Corn Blend 3 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl combine kielbasa sour cream, minced onion, salt, pepper, chicken broth and mustard. Stir in corn blend. Gently fold in cooked and drained noodles. Place in a buttered 9" x 13" casserole dish. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Return to oven uncovered for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
