Blueberry Raspberry Jam
1 pint blueberries 1 quart red raspberries 7 cups sugar 1 (3-ounce) bottle liquid fruit pectin
Crush blueberries and red raspberries to meas-ure 4 cups(adding water to reach full amount, if necessary). Add sugar. Mix well. Bring to full rolling boil. Boil hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in fruit pectin. Skim. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars. Seal. Variations: Strawberries may be substituted for red raspberries. Serving quantity: Makes 10 half-pints.
