After juicing a lemon, turn the halves inside (inner flesh side) out and use them for the initial scrubbing of greasy pans. When you switch to a soapy sponge or scrubber to finish the job, most of the grease is already gone. Now your scrubbers and sponges will last longer, and your hands will smell like lemons.
