Anyone who bakes much bread ends up with some dough stuck to the counter. An easy way to remove it is to wet a kitchen towel with hot water and place it on the work area. In 5 or 10 minutes, the mess will lift off easily with a bench scraper or nylon scouring pad. Madame Mousey |
