THE SECRET ABOUT MOUNT SHASTA

Mount Shasta is a most majestic mountain, part of the Cascade Mountain Range, located in Siskiyou County in Northern California about 45 miles from the Oregon border. Mount Shasta is the cone of an extinct volcano rising to a height of over 14,162 feet above sea level, and is one of the largest volcanic peaks in the continental United States.

Mount Shasta is a very special place to say the least; it represents much more than just a mere mountain. Mount Shasta can be considered as one of the most sacred places on this planet. The mountain is a mystic power source for this planet; actually, this sacred mountain is an incarnation of the Great Central Sun of this universe. It is a focus for angels, spirit-guides, spaceships, masters from the Light Realm, and the home of the survivors of Ancient Lemuria, which sank under the waves of the Pacific Ocean a little over 12,000 years ago. For those gifted with clairvoyant abilities, Mount Shasta is embraced in a gigantic, etheric purple pyramid whose capstone reaches far beyond this planet into space, and connects us intergalactically to the Confederation of Planets for this sector of the Milky Way Galaxy. This awesome pyramid is also created as an inverted version of itself, reaching far down to the very core of the Earth. You can call Mount Shasta the entry point of the Light-Grids of this planet, where most of the energy comes first from the galactic and universal core before it is disseminated to other mountains and into the grids. Most mountaintops, especially tall mountains, are Beacons of Light, feeding the light-grids of this planet.

Strange lights and sounds are often seen or heard on the mountain. Lenticular clouds, shadows and outstanding sunsets add to the mystical aura of the mountain. Several tunnels stretch far into the interior of this majestic mountain. Mount Shasta is also the home of the present-day Lemurians, survivors of the sinking of the continent of Lemuria over 12,000 years ago. Yes, our Lemurian brothers and sisters are real; they are well and physically alive, living in the subterranean city of "Telos" underneath sacred Mount Shasta.

Prior to the sinking of their continent, fully aware of the eventual destiny of their beloved continent, the ancient Lemurians, using their mastery of energy, crystals, sound and vibrations, hollowed out a vast underground city, with the intention of preserving their culture, their treasures and their records of ancient Earth's history; history that has been lost since the sinking of Atlantis. Lemuria was once a vast continent, and larger than North America, connected to parts of California, Oregon, Nevada and Washington. This large continent disappeared overnight into the Pacific Ocean over 12,000 years ago in a vast cataclysm. All inhabitants of the Earth at that time considered Lemuria, their motherland, and there was much weeping on the Earth when at the time of its destruction. About 25,000 Lemurians at that time were able to migrate into the interior of the mountain, the most important of their various administration centers prior to the sinking of their Motherland. And beloveds, you who are reading this writing, know in your heart, that they have never left. They are still here in physical immortal bodies, totally unlimited, living a life of pure Heaven on Earth.

Wondrous little people, often referred to as "The Little People of Mount Shasta", are also kind of physical, but not quite, and they are very often seen visually around the mountain. They are third dimensional beings like humans, but they live on a slightly higher level of the third dimension, such as third and one half level, and they have the ability to make themselves visible and invisible at will. The reason they are not showing themselves physically to many people is because they have a collective fear of humans. At one time, when they were as physical as we are, and could not make themselves invisible at will, humans living at that time viciously maligned them. They became so fearful of humans, that they collectively asked the spiritual hierarchy of this planet for the dispensation to be elevated in their frequency, so that they could make themselves invisible at will, in order to be able to continue their evolution unharmed and in peace.

There are also reports of the Bigfoot race of people being seen on some remote areas of Mount Shasta, along with many other mysterious beings. The Bigfoot people are now very few in numbers around the world and around Mount Shasta. They are of average intelligence and possess a peaceful heart. They have also obtained the dispensation to be able to make themselves invisible at will to be able to avoid confrontation with us and thus, like the little people, avoid being harmed, mutilated and used as a slave race.

Things have not changed so much on Earth in our days. We have not yet, as a species, understood that we are guests here on this planet. We are the guests of our gracious Mother Earth who has volunteered to provide a platform of evolution for the many kingdoms she has chosen to allow to be evolving here. Humans are only one of those kingdoms. It was always intended and agreed at the beginning that all kingdoms would be honored, and be allowed to share this planet "equally". And it was that way for a very long time at the beginning. But for hundreds of thousands of years, humans have taken over, arrogantly thinking that they are the superior race, and that they have the right to control and manipulate other kingdoms that appear to be more vulnerable than they.

Many of the species of the animal kingdom have also become invisible. They are still here, but in a slightly higher frequency and thus, invisible to us. Where do you think that all those supposedly "extinct" species have gone? Many of them are extinct because they have made a collective choice to not interact with us any more. Those species of the animal kingdom, which are still here physically with us, are not always loved and honored by humans. Go into your heart and explore how most of the animals are treated, used and abused by the supposedly "superior race". Are all animals treated, honored and loved as beings of other kingdoms meant to share this planet with us "equally"? Think how so many whales, dolphins, cows, chickens, cats, dogs, horses, etc. etc. have been and still are used. The list is endless, and could be the subject of several encyclopedias. (I know that this last paragraph will raise many eyebrows, but it needs to be said. Let's now continue with Mount Shasta).

Today, several spiritual groups surround the Mount Shasta area. Many truth seekers who have felt and heard in their heart the "Call of the Mountain" have moved into this area where they feel they have finally "come home". The dim memory of their far distant Lemurian ancestry is calling them back to a former point of origin.

On a clear day, Mount Shasta stands as a white jewel and can be seen from at least 100 miles away. People who live nearby have remarkable stories about the 14,162-foot Cascade volcano. The most remarkable stories are the legends about the mysterious people who live inside the mountain. They are said to be descendants of an ancient society from the lost continent of Lemuria, living deep inside the mountain in round houses, and enjoying unlimited health and wealth, and true brotherhood. They have preserved their ancient culture.

The Lemurians living underground, beneath the mountain, are commonly described as graceful and tall - seven feet and up - with long, flowing hair. They dress in white robes and sandals, but they have also been seen in very colorful clothing. They are said to have long, slender necks and bodies, which they adorn with beautiful decorative collars made of beads or precious stones. They have evolved their sixth-sense, which enables them to communicate among themselves by extra-sensory perception. They can also teleport and make themselves invisible at will. Their mother tongue is the Lemurian language, called Solara Maru. They also speak an impeccable English with a slight British accent. They have chosen to learn English as a second language because they are situated in America where the people who live on their roof-top speak English as their main language. They have become an ascended civilization living in a fifth dimensional vibration and consciousness.

Dr. M. Doreal claimed years ago that he visited the Lemurians inside their mountain. He said that the space they came into was about two miles in height, about 20 miles long and 15 miles wide. He wrote that the light inside the mountain was as bright as a summer day because suspended almost in the center of that great cavern of space was a giant glowing mass of light. Another man reported that he fell asleep on Mount Shasta to be awakened by a Lemurian who led him inside the mountain to his cave, which was paved with gold. The Lemurian told the man that there were a series of tunnels left by volcanoes that were under the earth like freeways -- a world within a world.

The Lemurians supposedly have mastered atomic energy, telepathic and clairvoyant skills, electronics and science as long as 18,000 years ago. They have technology that makes us, surface dwellers, look as toddlers compared to them. They control most of their technology with their mind. Back then, they knew how to propel boats using energy radiated from crystals. They had airships and flew them to Atlantis and other places. Today, they have a whole fleet of spaceships called the "Silver Fleet" with which they come in and out of the mountain and go out into space. They also have the ability to make their spaceships invisible and soundless to avoid being detected by the local and national military.

Many people report seeing strange lights on the mountain. One explanation is that there are spacecrafts coming and going constantly from a spaceport deep within the mountain. Mount Shasta is not only a home for the Lemurians, but it is also an inter-planetary and inter-galactic multi-dimensional portal. There is a huge etheric city of Light above the mountain called the Crystal City of Light of the Seven Rays. At some point in our near future, hopefully within the next twelve to twenty years, this wondrous city of Light is destined to be lowered into our physical realm, and become the first city of Light to manifest tangibly on the surface of this planet. In order for this to happen, the people who live here will have to match this vibration in their consciousness.

You can easily visit the Mount Shasta area without reading or hearing about Lemurians, but if you have some former connections with them, you may be blessed with some revelations. Each year, Mount Shasta draws visitors from all over the world, some seeking spiritual insight, others seek to glory in the beauty and natural wonders that "mother nature" has to offer here in this unique alpine region.

Everyone loves a mystery, especially a mystery about Mount Shasta. There have been many fascinating myths and legends written about this northern California giant, and the solitary mountain simply slumbers on, her secrets intact. But ever so often, another mysterious story surfaces, new casts of characters emerge and attention is centered once more on the mystic mountain. That's the way it has been for years and probably will always be. Mount Shasta has a tendency to reveal "herself" only to those who honor life, honor themselves for whom they truly are, honor the Earth, and honor all other kingdoms sharing this planet.

Another story about Mount Shasta!

The leading character in the following story is a baffling man by the name of J.C. Brown who, in 1904, was employed with the Lord Cowdray Mining Company of London, England. He was hired to prospect for precious metals in this gold-bearing region, and while here, he ran onto a section of rock in the face of a cliff which didn't seem to match the surrounding formation. While examining the curious stone, he noticed it blocked the entrance to what appeared to be a cave. Brown, a geologist, thought the entire scene was unnatural and began to dig out the mouth of the cave, which was full of debris and vegetation. He began to see that it was not a small cave and after much digging found himself in a tunnel which curved downward into the mountain. Equipped with lanterns and miner's paraphernalia he set out to explore.

"Three miles from the mouth of the tunnel I struck a cross-section containing gold-bearing ore and farther on, I struck another cross-section where an ancient race apparently had mined copper," he said later. He believed the other cross-sections outcropped on some other part of the mountain. The decline continued approximately 11 miles inside the mountain to where he found what he called "The Village Blets", where many rooms and chambers were found.

The rooms were literally full of various plates, all inscribed neatly. The walls were lined with tempered copper and hung with shields and wall-pieces made of gold. Some of the golden plates he found were engraved with certain drawings and hieroglyphics. Rooms opened into other chambers, one of which appeared to have been a place of worship. In addition, there were 13 statues made of copper and gold and a large sun design from which protruded golden streamers. The way the objects were strewn about, he had the feeling the occupants of the underground village had left on the spur of the moment. And then he came upon a macabre scene - in one chamber he counted 27 skeletons, the smallest of which was 6'6" and the largest stretching out more than 10 feet. Two of the bodies were mummified, each clad in colorful, ornate robes. Brown spent many days exploring, studying the hieroglyphics, and indelibly imprinting them in his mind. He was excited about this great archaeological find and decided to leave the tunnel and its contents exactly as he had found them. He would return, he thought. But first, he cleverly concealed the entrance of the tunnel and marked on his map exactly were it was on the mountain.

The next three decades, those spanning 1904-1934, Brown's activities seem to be shrouded in mystery, but it is known that he studied the literature and philosophy pertaining to the lost continent of Mu and the lost Lemurian civilization, among other lore of prehistoric races. Years of study and comparison of the hieroglyphics and pictographs he had found in the tunnel convinced him that they were, indeed, records of the Lemurian race. And so, after 30 long years, Brown surfaced. He decided that the glory of those Lemurians and the golden artifacts still hanging untouched in the cavern of the mountain should be shared with others. In 1934, at the age of 79, Brown appeared in Stockton, California. His idea was to organize a group of people interested in accompanying him, at his expense to Mount Shasta, and once there, they would explore further the ancient tunnel he had found in 1904.

Eighty eager Stockton residents, including a newspaper editor, a museum curator, a retired printer, several scientists, and other solid citizens formed a group to investigate the tunnel with J.C. Brown. They met nightly for six weeks to plan the expedition, and also to listen to Brown's fabulous tales of lost continents, hieroglyphics, and the enticing descriptions of the treasure, which seemed to be just within their grasp. Some even gave up their jobs and some sold much of their personal property during those six weeks, so certain were they that their lives would be altered and enriched after their remarkable discoveries. The editor and the curator questioned Brown closely, going over and over the details of his bizarre story. Brown disclosed that he had spent much of the previous thirty years searching for ancient records pertaining to the Lemurians, and his mental pictures of the hieroglyphics in the tunnel village had convinced him that he had found the lost link in the story of civilization.

And he told them he believed the golden antiquities he had found were those of the Lemurians or their descendants. Brown even promised to provide a yacht to transport the group as far north as they could go by water. They would leave on June 19th at 1:00 p.m. The day dawned clear and beautiful, and 80 Stockton citizens were waiting at the designated time for their leader to appear. They had met the evening before in order to consummate the final details, after which J.C. Brown bid them adieu until the next afternoon. However, Brown was never seen again by any of the group, and what happened to him is anybody's guess. The members of the group feared for his life, as he had previously mentioned that he had once been kidnapped by people who do not want this information out, (usually government agencies); and that he had barely escaped with his life. They called in the Stockton police, but no trace of the man was found. He had completely disappeared.

Unfortunately or fortunately, J.C. Brown had never revealed the exact location of the secret tunnel in the mountain, and it is highly probable that these treasures of a prehistoric era will never again delight the eyes of another human. Wreathed in clouds and mist and sealed throughout the ages in ice and snow, Mout Shasta keeps her secrets to herself, as always.

There are numerous accounts and sightings suggesting that an ancient race that utilizes high technology now resides in the bowels of Mount Shasta in the Cascade Range of northern California. According to researcher William F. Hamilton, who claims to have met representatives of this society, the inhabitants of the subterranean 'city of Telos' underneath Mount Shasta are usually tall, blue-eyed blonds who number in excess of over one-and-a-half million in their large 5-leveled, 20-mile long underground city. Mount Shasta has been a major site for UFO contacts for decades. These accounts are so well known that many of the travel guides to the Shasta area mention the legends of the ancient people who are said to dwell within this ancient volcanic peak.

"I run across some fascinating people in the course of my investigations, said Mr. Hamilton, who tell me many unusual stories. While on the trail for reports of UFO base locations, I met a young, very pretty blonde girl with almond-shaped eyes and small perfect teeth, whose name is Bonnie. Bonnie told me an incredible story, and has related a volume of interesting information. Bonnie is sincere, cheerful, and rational. She says she was born in 1951 in a city called TELOS that was built inside an artificial dome-shaped cavern in the Earth a mile or so beneath Mount Shasta.

"Bonnie, her mother (Rana Mu), her father (Ra Mu), her sister Judy, her cousins Lorae and Matox, live and move in our society, returning frequently to TELOS for rest and recuperation. Bonnie relates that her people use boring machines to bore tunnels in the Earth. These boring machines heat the rock to incandescence, and then vitrify it, thus eliminating the need for beams and supports. A tube transit tunnel is used to connect the cities that exist in various subterranean regions in our hemisphere. The tube trains are propelled by electromagnetic impulses up to speeds of 2500 mph. One tube connects with one of their cities in the Matto Grosso jungle of Brazil".

"They grow food hydroponically under full-spectrum lighting with their gardens attended by automatons. The food and resources of Telos are distributed in plenty to the million-and- a-half population that thrives on a no-money economy".

"I met Bonnie's cousin, Matox, who, like her, is a strict vegetarian and holds the same attitudes concerning the motives of the U.S. government. "Your government is constantly guarding against unusual discoveries", he said. The Lemurians' advanced awareness and technology assist them to remain vigilant and unnoticed".

"Science Fiction? "Bonnie is a real person", said Mr. Hamilton. "Many have met her. Is she perpetrating a hoax? And for what motive? She does not seek publicity and I had a devil of a time getting her to meetings to talk with others, but she has done so. There has been little variation in her story and her answers in the past three years. She has given me excellent technical insight on the construction of a crystal-powered generator that extracts ambient energy. Bonnie's father, Ra Mu, is 300 years old and a member of the ruling council of Telos".

"Many tunnels are unsafe and closed off. All tube transit tunnels are protected and are designed to eject uninvited guests. Does Bonnie have the answers that we are looking for? I don't know... Bonnie says she would like to satisfy our needs for proof and will work with me on a satisfactory answer to that problem, but she is unconcerned with whether people accept her or not. Bonnie is humorous, easy-going and well poised, yet sometimes she becomes brooding and mysterious".

When Bill Hamilton asked "Bonnie" to elaborate about the power-sources which her people utilize to propel the so-called "flying saucer" crafts, she replied: "A lot of it is crystal generated, particularly the atmospheric vehicles. An Ion-Mercury engine drives the planet-to-planet vehicles. Spaceships can reach speeds way beyond light -- they can enter hyperspace-which means you generate into the fourth dimension. This is controlled by an on-board computer that takes you into and out of hyperspace," she continues. "I know this is a simplification. When you are on a ship going into hyperspace, you will hear this vibration, and a loud screaming sound when you enter, then you will hear nothing..."

Bonnie speaks about her home, Telos, a city built a mile or so beneath Mount Shasta, CA. "This city was constructed just prior to the termination of the Lemurian continent. When the scientists and priests of Lemuria realized their continent was about to sink, they petitioned a group called the Agharta Network, which controlled all the subterranean cities. They asked permission to build their own city underneath Mount Shasta. There was an original set of caves there. We chose to enlarge these caverns to make them bigger and more livable. There are now one and one half million of us living there."

Mount Shasta

The Lemurian Age took place approximately between the years 4,500,000 BC to about 12,000 years ago. Until the sinking of the continents of Lemuria and later of Atlantis, there were seven major continents on this planet. The lands belonging to the gigantic continent of Lemuria included lands now under the Pacific Ocean as well as Hawaii, the Easter Islands, the Fiji Islands, Australia and New Zealand. Also lands in the Indian Ocean and Madagascar. The Eastern coast of Lemuria also extended to California and part of British Columbia in Canada. For a very long time before the fall in consciousness, the Lemurians lived in a fifth dimensional frequency or dimension, and were able to switch back and forth from fifth to third at will, without any problem. It could be done whenever it was desired, by intension and the energies of the heart.

The Lemurian race was a mixture of beings that came mainly from Sirius, Alpha Centauri and a smaller number of them from other planets as well. Eventually, as these races mixed together on Earth, they formed the Lemurian civilization. To say the least, it was quite an awesome mixture. Lemuria was really the cradle of civilization on this planet, the “Motherland�?who assisted in the eventual birth of many other civilizations. Atlantis came about at a later time.

The continent of Lemuria thrived in a state of paradise and magic for a few millions years. Eventually, as a result of wars between the two major continents, great devastations took place on Lemuria and on Atlantis. Twenty five thousand years ago, Atlantis and Lemuria, the two highest civilizations of the time were battling each other over “ideologies�? They had two very different ideas about how the direction of other civilizations on this planet should go. The Lemurians believed that the other less evolved cultures should be left alone to continue their own evolution at their own pace according to their own understandings and pathway.

The Atlanteans believed that all the less evolved cultures should be brought under sway and controlled by the two more evolved civilizations. This caused a series of thermonuclear wars between Atlantis and Lemuria. Later on, when the wars were over and the dust had settled, there were no winners.

During these devastating wars, people who were highly civilized stooped to quite low levels, until they eventually realized the futility of such behaviors. Ultimately, Atlantis and Lemuria became the victims of their own aggression, and the homelands of both continents became greatly weakened by those wars. The people, through the priesthood, were then informed that within less than 15,000 years their continents would sink completely. In those days, because people lived an average of 20,000 to 30,000 years commonly, they understood that many who have caused the havoc would live to experience the destruction.

In the time of Lemuria, California was part of the Lemurian land. When the Lemurians realized that their land was destined to perish, they petitioned the Shamballa-the-Lesser, the head of the Agartha Network, for permission to build a city beneath Mount Shasta in order to preserve their culture and their records.

In order for them to be granted the permission to build a city and becoming part of the subterranean Agartha Network, they had to prove that they had learned their lessons of war and aggression. They also had to prove this to many other agencies such as the Galactic Confederation of Planets. They also had to prove that they had learned their lessons of peace in order to be accepted again as members of the Confederation. When permission was granted to build their city, it was understood that this area would survive the cataclysms. There was already a very large dome cavern existing within Mount Shasta. The Lemurians constructed their city, which they called Telos, who was also the name of this whole area at the time, including California and a major part of the U.S. we now call the South West. Telos also included the lands North of Mount Shasta along the west coast, up to part of British Columbia. Telos means Communication with Spirit, oneness with Spirit, understanding with Spirit.

When Telos was constructed, it was meant to contain a maximum of 200,000 people. When the cataclysms started, only 25,000 people made it on time into the mountain and were saved. This number is approximately what was left of the Lemurian culture in the third dimension. Already the records had been moved from Lemuria to the underground city of Telos and the temples had been built. When the blast that destroyed the continent manifested, it came a bit earlier than anticipated, and this is why so many people did not make it “on time�?inside the mountain. It is known that Lemuria, the beloved Motherland, went down overnight. The continent sank so quietly that nearly everybody was totally unaware of what was happening. Practically all were sleeping during the occurrence. There was no unusual weather condition that night. According to a transmission given by Lord Himalaya in 1959 through Geraldine Innocenti, El Morya’s twin flame, he explained that a great part of those of the priesthood who had remained faithful to the Light and their sacred calling, like captains on a sinking ship, kept their posts, and fearless to the end, they sang and prayed as they went down beneath the waves.

“Before the Lemurian continent sank, the priest and priestesses of the Temples were warned of the coming cataclysmic changes, and various Focuses of the Sacred Fire were transported to Telos, and others were transported to other lands which would not be affected. Many of these Flames were taken to the continent of Atlantis to a specific location and were sustained there for quite a period of time by daily spiritual applications. Just before Lemuria sank, certain of these priests and priestesses returned to their homes on that continent and volunteered to go down with the land and Her people, giving the assistance of their radiation and extending comfort and fearlessness. They offered this help to counteract the fear, which always comes with cataclysmic action. These loving benefactors, by the radiation of their God controlled energies and their sacrifice, literally surrounded the auras of the people in a blanket of peace and assisted in creating a freedom from fear so that the etheric bodies of those lifestreams would not be so severely scarred, thus saving those people in future embodiments, from having to experience greater tragic consequences�?

From Lord Himalaya to the “Bridge to Freedom�?dispensation in 1959 said: “Many members of the priesthood placed themselves in small groups strategically in various areas and they prayed and sang as they went down beneath the water. The melody they sang was the same as is known today as “Auld Lang Syne�? The idea behind this action was that every horrifying experience leaves a very deep scar and trauma in the etheric body and cellular memory of the people, and it takes several embodiments to heal. Through the action and the sacrifice of those of the priesthood, choosing to stay together in groups and singing to the very end, much fear was mitigated, and a certain level of harmony was maintained. This way, the damage and trauma to the souls who perished was greatly diminished. It was said that those of the priesthood, along with the musicians, sang and prayed until the waves and the water had risen to level of their mouths. It is then that they also perished. During the night, while the masses slept, under a starry blue sky, it was all over; the beloved Motherland was submerged beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean. None of the priesthood had left their post, and none had evidenced any fear. Lemuria went down with dignity!

Auld Lang Syne�?was the last song ever heard on the land of Lemuria.

The song they sang, some people on Earth have brought this song forth again through the Irish people, and very prophetic words have been put into it such as. “Should auld acquaintances be forgot�? Indeed, we are these old acquaintances reuniting again, those of us from the physical realm with those of our beloved ones, former friends and family members of Telos, “yet invisible�?to our present sight, and hopefully, not for too much longer.

Hear this well in your heart my friends, these next couple sentences. Before our Beloved Lemuria sank completely, it was prophesized that one day, in some far distant future, many of us will gather again as a group and sing this song again, with the absolute knowingness that the “Earth’s Victory�?is won. The time we are now living in brings the celebration of this long awaited day, and the fulfilling of that incredible prophecy. We are now initiating the beginning of the long awaited “Reunion�?

It is almost with tears in my eyes that I am letting you know from Adama that many of you reading those words were among those brave souls who sacrificed your life for the great benefit of the collective. Lets applaud your bravery then, and now lets rejoice for our return together, once again, to continue our great Lemurian mission of assisting the planet and humanity into her glorious ascension.

In Telos, one aspect of their mission has been to keep the balance and energies of ascension consciousness for the planet until such a time that surface dwellers can do this for themselves. Now the time has come for our two civilizations to do this together as “One Heart�?

Earth after the Sinking of the two Continents

At the same time Lemuria was going down, Atlantis started shaking and loosing parts of its land, and it continued for 200 years, until the final stage, where the rest of the continent completely sank. For 2,000 years after the Lemurian and the Atlantean catastrophes, the planet was still shaking. For the Earth to loose two large land masses within 200 years, plus the planet was still witnessing the effects of the thermo-nuclear weapons, the Earth had suffered such a major setback and trauma, that it took several thousands years to balance out again and be hospitable. For hundreds of years after the destruction of both continents, so much debris had been thrown into the atmosphere that the Earth never became bright in daylight. The atmosphere became very cold because the sunlight was not able to penetrate properly through the thick toxic atmospheric debris and very little food could grow. A large percentage of the animals and plants perished.

Why is there so little evidence today of the remains

of these two great civilizations?

The reason is that the cities on the planet that did not sink were shook to rubbles, or were wiped out by earthquakes or by huge tidal waves that would often go as far as 1,000 miles inland and destroy most cities and habitations in their pathway. The human conditions in the civilizations that survived those cataclysms became so harsh and difficult by this constant earth activity and people became so frightened that the quality of life of those civilizations deteriorated very fast. For those who survived all those calamities, hunger, poverty and disease were their legacy.

The original height of mankind on this planet was approximately 12 feet tall. The Hyperboreans were and still are 12 feet tall and none of them live on the surface at this time. By the time Lemuria sank, the Lemurians were reduced to 7 feet tall and still are 7 to 8 feet tall to this day. And there has been still a further lowering of height on this planet, for most of us on the surface are 6 feet tall or less. As our civilization evolves, this will be restored. Even now, people on the surface of this planet are becoming much taller than they were only 100 years ago.

Government of Telos

In Telos, there are two forms of government. The king and queen of Telos, Ra and Rana Mu, ascended masters who are also twin flames, form one aspect of the government of Telos. They are the ultimate rulers of Telos.

The second form of government is the local Council, called the Lemurian Council of Light of Telos, consisting of 12 ascended masters, where 6 men and 6 women serve on the council to balance the divine masculine with the divine feminine. A thirteenth member, the head High Priest of Telos, at this time Adama, officiates as the leader of the council to make the final decision when there is an even vote in the decisions made by the council.

Members of the council are selected according to the level of spiritual attainment they have reached, inner qualities, maturity and area of expertise. When a member of the council decides to move on to another level of service, the vacancy is made known to our people and those who desire to take a seat on the council may apply. All applications are carefully studied by the council, by the members of the priesthood and the king and queen of Telos. The king and the queen have the final word about who is chosen among the applicants to be on the council.

The City of Telos

Telos is a fairly large city, there are approximately one and one half millions of us living here. Also we are not divided in several villages and we all share the local government, many of us live in various areas. What we call the city of Telos is divided in 5 levels of several square miles beneath Mt. Shasta.

The first level: The large percentage of our people live beneath the dome on the first level. This is also where the administrative and public buildings and several temples are situated. In the center of this level stands our main temple, called the temple of MaRa, a pyramid shape sort of structure. It will seat 10,000 people at a time. This temple is dedicated to the priesthood of Melchizedek. The pyramid is white, with the capstone, called the “living stone�?donated to us from Venus.

The second level: This is where all the production and manufacturing for the need of the people and the city takes place. It is also an area for several schools for the children and adult classes. Many more of our people live on that level as well.

The third level is consecrated totally for our hydroponic gardens where all of our food supply is grown on about 7 acres of land, producing a diet that is very interesting and fun, offering much variety. Our methods of gardening are so effective that seven acres of land is all that is needed to grow abundantly a very large variety of food to feed one and one half million people, creating strong, healthy bodies that do not age.

The hydroponic gardens are able to produce crops on a constant basis. We can grow food much faster, using advance hydroponic technology with very little soil and much water without the use of chemicals like you do on the surface. Our food is totally organic with the highest vibration. Our form of gardening does not need fertilizers and does not deplete the soil. We do place organic minerals into the water for the plants. Our crops are also enhanced and quickened by the great light, energy and love vibration of Telos. This is the magic of our 5th dimensional consciousness that you will soon discover, most likely in this decade or early on in the next.

The fourth level contains some hydroponic gardening, some manufacturing and a large area for nature, park like setting with small lakes and fountains.

The fifth level is totally consecrated to nature. There are tall trees, lakes, park types atmosphere and this is the place where we keep all our animals. In this nature level, many plants and animals have been preserved that you no longer see on the surface. Our animals are all vegetarians and do not eat each other. They live side by side in total harmony, without fear and without any aggression towards people and towards each other. Telos is really the place where the lion and the lamb lay side-by-side and sleep together in total confidence.

The New Lemuria

As you open yourself up to a higher conscious way of living and purify yourself of all distorted and erroneous belief systems you have embraced in the last millennia, you will be able to perceive your beloved Motherland, once again, and eventually be allowed to step in to be received by Her with all the Love and Splendor She has now to offer. You will be invited to, once again, join us very tangibly in this place of paradise. At the time of the blast, Lemuria and what it represented to this planet was lifted into a 4th dimensional frequency. It continued to thrive and evolve to the level of perfection and beauty it has now reached with those who were able to come along at the time.

In your daily meditation, we ask you to do this work faithfully until you feel a completion. Connect with us and with our Love heart to heart. You may ask for our assistance, and we will be there with you as you do this most important inner work. All of us in Telos are very eager to assist all those who will reach out to us in your heart. We are a civilization who has achieved great heart openings, and our vibration pulses with the Heart of the Divine Mother. Gradually, the deep-seated pains will be lifted and you will be much lighter. The clearing of this pain will also assist you in perceiving much more of who you really are. It will allow you to make giant leaps into your full spiritual, emotional and physical resurrection.

The New Day, the New World is just about to be born. Many of us have learned our lessons of Love and the New Lemuria, the lost paradise, is just about to unfold again. Lemuria, the part that remained faithful to the Light and Her sacred calling was lifted up to the 4th dimension at the time of the cataclysm. It was never really totally destroyed, only the 3rd dimensional aspect of it was. Lemuria continued to thrive and evolve to a fifth dimensional awareness to this day, and exists fully in the higher dimension.

TELOS CODES OF ENTRY

From those of you who have become aware of our existence beneath Mount Shasta, we feel your great longing to come to Telos and meet us face to face. We feel your great desire to experience the wonders and magic of an enlightened civilization. We feel your longing to reconnect with your former family members who are living in Telos or elsewhere in the New Lemuria.

On the inner plane, we are hearing your call, "When can we come to visit Telos"? "When will the doors of Telos be opened to surface dwellers"?

Beloved ones, we want to share with you that your long wait is almost over. We foresee that approximately within 5 years from now, we will start inviting small groups of surface dwellers to come for a visit. We would like you to experience what can be accomplished on the surface when the majority of the surface population adopts our way of life. You will acquire a totally new perspective of how wonderful life on this planet can become if lived according to divine principles and true brotherhood.

It is important for you to realize that at first and for quite some time, the visitations will be made by personal invitations only. Do not be concerned how these invitations will come about, when your turn to be "on the list" comes, we will have many avenues to make our invitation known to you, no matter where you live. Because we live in a fifth dimensional awareness and perfection while maintaining a level of physicality, we have a rather strict code of entry that all those who will be invited will have to meet first. Be assured that your personal invitation will not be forthcoming until you meet the requirements of that code of entry.

To explain in detail the full implication of our requirements is not the purpose of this message. Nevertheless, let me give you a general overview of what will be required.

First of all, only those who have attained close to a 5th dimensional awareness in their consciousness will be qualified. This means that they will have to embrace unconditional love for Self and for others as well as for all parts of life and all kingdoms. The duality consciousness will have to be unified at least to a 90% degree. The way of harmlessness will have to be embraced in every area of your life. I leave it up to you to probe into your heart as to what this all means. This is your homework dear ones. It will lead you to Selfdiscovery, to the wonders of who you really are that have eluded you for so very long.

Secondly, you will have to clear and heal your emotional body of all negativity, past and present. This means that all past records of pain, anger, grief, guilt, sorrows, trauma, shame, addictions, hopelessness, low selfesteem, negative imprints, miasms, etc, will have to be embraced and released from your subconscious mind, solar plexus and emotional body. Because the high energy frequency vibration of Telos, any emotions or thoughtform outpicturing less than divine love would be amplified over a thousand times in your mind and feeling. We know that unless you have diligently cleared those records, this could be traumatic and it would not be possible for you to stay in our vibration for more than a few minutes.

Thirdly, only those who have completed their seventh spiritual initiation will be eligible for our codes of entry. On this planet, the Office of the Christ under Lord Maitreya and Lord Sananda, (known as your beloved Jesus in his earth ministry 2000 years ago), is the place where you can apply to receive these initiations on the inner planes. Most of you are not consciously aware that these initiations take place on the inner planes but nevertheless, they are taking place by how you live your daily life and unfold your consciousness regarding all aspects of your life. Passing those initiations and moving on to ascension and spiritual freedom has been the goal of all your many life times on this planet and that goal has eluded you, seemingly for thousands of years. The seventh initiation is certainly not the end of your evolution on this planet, but our codes of entry require for the candidate to come to Telos that he/she has attained at least that level. With the new dispensations these initiations can be completed faster now than ever before in the history of earth's evolution. What used to take thousands of years to achieve, you can now accomplish, if you choose, within the next 5 years.

For each specification we have just mentioned there are many more ramifications. It is not our desire to make you feel that these goals are unattainable and leave you hopeless. We know that you can all do this in the required time. There are several thousand people on this planet who have already reached these levels of initiations and beyond in the last few years. You may find them among some of the people you meet daily in your entourage. It is not necessarily obvious. Those who have attained and know it, usually keep this information to themselves. Many more are constantly adding to the ranks of those who are achieving. We mention these requirements to you because there are many of you who are already familiar with us but are not aware that there are codes of entry to come to Telos. Everyone who enters our doors, no matter who they are and where they come from, need to meet the level of spiritual development needed to be introduced to a fifth dimensional vibration.

As you diligently do your spiritual work and gain momentum on your path of ascension, you will soon come much closer to these goals. As you open your heart to love, you will find that they are much easier to attain than the difficult situations in your lives you have been experiencing. The refinement that these initiations will bring to your consciousness will open the doors for you not only of Telos, but also of the New Lemuria, places of magic and wonders.

Remember always that Love is the key, dear ones. Love will open all doors to you as you start embodying that Love that you are and quickly propel yourself on the highest level of your pathway to your limitless spiritual freedom. From Love you came and to Love you now return.

LEMURIAN'S VIEW ON THE BENEFITS OF LIVING UNDERGROUND

A while ago, I was asked to describe, as well as I could, some of the reasons the people of the Inner Earth, or the various civilizations living in the hundreds of underground cities have chosen to live in this manner, and still choose it to this day.

Over twelve thousand years ago, when the continent of Lemuria sank beneath the waves of the Pacific Ocean, about 25,000 Lemurians, part of those who escaped and survived, went to live underground, underneath Mt. Shasta, to the city they named Telos. The project of building this underground city was started several centuries prior to the sinking of the continent. The Lemurians and the Atlanteans knew for a few thousands of years ahead that their continents were doomed to eventually sink, and they painfully prepared for it. Telos was prepared to save 200,000 people but only 25,000 actually made it on time to the underground city before the land sank underneath the waves.

At the time, this was a very painful and challenging direction they chose to make for the sake of saving their lives, saving most ancient records and treasures, and be able to continue their evolution peacefully, without the burden of the tremendous negativity and wars that were destroying the surface of the planet and its people.

After the sinking of Lemuria, and then Atlantis, a few hundred years later, the shock to the planet was so great, that the Earth shook for almost two thousand years. For 300 hundred years, the debris floating around the planet were so dense, that it greatly dimmed the light of the sun to the point that it became very cold on the planet. Plant and animal life became rather scarce, and the growing of food very difficult. Life on Earth became almost unbearable for the longest time, and so difficult, that a large population of people who remained on the surface eventually died.

For 200 years, earthquakes were constantly so violent, that large segments of the surface liquefied as clay, and formed a sea of mud, engulfing whole cities overnight, all over the planet. Tidal waves were so large that they went as far as 1,000 miles inland, destroying everything in their way. The cities that were not engulfed by the sea of mud or by the tidal waves, eventually shook to rubble by centuries of constant shaking. Hunger and diseases were rampant everywhere. There are places that survived, yes, like Egypt for example, because they were aware that these cataclysms were going to happen, and they had the wisdom to start building their cities accordingly ahead of time. But for most, it was the desolation of almost total destruction in most areas on the planet. It was easier at the time to live underground than it was to try to make it on the surface.

Those who went underground, the survivors of these cataclysms, were able to gradually, little by little, develop a way of life underground that was far superior and wondrous than what surface people were subjected to. At the time, various bands of marauding extraterrestrials came to dominate and prey on the people of Earth who were struggling to survive as peacefully as they could. The extraterrestrials were not the only ones who caused a lot of negativity on this planet. The majority of the people of Earth themselves had fallen into a very low level of spiritual denial. They were also warring and preying viciously among themselves. Love, compassion and true brotherhood had become something of the past, forgotten by most people of Earth´s population. Mankind, in many areas, regressed to the level of cavemen and warring savages.

Ever since, people of Earth have never stop completely warring against each other. There has been eras of peace and love, but they never lasted very long. There were always those who came to disturb it, and put an end to it through attacks and destruction. Even today, at the very dawn of a new permanent golden age on this planet, there are many who still live in the consciousness of fear, violence, enemies, control of others, manipulation, wars, intolerance, taxation imposition, deception, greed, etc. One needs only read a newspaper or watch the news to relate to what I am writing about here.

Those of the Lemurians who were committed to their spiritual evolution, and who desired to remain faithful to their heritage of peace, love and brotherhood found it easier to live underground than to be subjected to the harshness that existed on the surface. It is that simple of an explanation.It was not only harshness of the weather that made life difficult on the surface, but also the harshness of how humanity had come to treat each other.

I am sure there must have been a long period of adaptation for those who went underground to live. One must understand that it was out of necessity, rather than an enjoyable choice that originally forced the Lemurians and other underground dwellers to select to live inside the Earth. By doing so, they also joined and received some assistance from those beings from the Inner Earth who had been living underground for much longer periods time; for some, hundreds of thousands of years, who had vacated the surface to live underground for very similar reasons in other eras of Earth´s history.

Following the sinking of the continents, people of Earth did not learn their lessons well, and many continued in their ways of darkness, greed, control and warring. When the continent of Atlantis sank under the waves of the Atlantic ocean, it is my understanding that the disturbances caused to the body of the Earth was even greater than the disturbances caused by the sinking of Lemuria. The story of "Great Flood" that the bible talks about is really one of the phases we know of the sinking of Atlantis.

Life underground had much more security, stability and peace to offer then than life on the surface. Until today, this fact has remained the same. We, on the surface, are still living in duality, and the Inner Earth people have evolved to a level that we can hardly conceive with our human mind. The underground population, in general, has reached such a high degree of spiritual development that they have truly reached an ascended master consciousness, and our ways of life on the surface is not at all enticing to them. I can venture to say that they want to have nothing to do with the way we live. To them, it is too primitive!

They have learned the total mastery of energy in every aspect of their lives. They have conquered the decay of disease and death by succeeding to immortalize their physical bodies. They can maintain youthful bodies for thousands upon thousands of years without any sign of aging. They control their weather by their constant harmonious thoughts. Erratic weather patterns on the surface are caused by nothing else than the erratic emotional patterns of the people on the surface. I don´t care what our scientists tell us, the elements of nature manifested by weather patterns, pleasant or not, is another facet of Life that mirrors mankind´s proper use or misuse of energy.

If we want to control the weather to our advantage, there is only one way! As a race, we need to learn to control our thoughts, our emotions and practice unconditional love towards every particle of life on this planet. The day we learn to keep our thoughts and emotions on the vibration of Love, Light, Joy and Brotherhood, we will assure for ourselves perfect weather without the need of interference from our manipulative governments.

The "underground" people have understood this principle a long time ago. In the subterranean cities, since everyone lives their lives only to the precepts of Love and true Brotherhood, they enjoy perfect weather every day of their lives. The weather remains for them like a constant spring, an even temperature of around 70 to 75 degrees all year round.

We need to start perceiving that the kind of weather we are getting on this planet, as a barometer of the thoughts and emotions the mass consciousness holds. The extreme hot and cold weathers are very good indicators of the extreme negative thoughts and feelings of humanity in general. When all of humanity returns to the ways of love, we will create the kind of balanced weather we want. The weather on this planet, controlled by the elements of nature, represents nothing more than a giant mirror of the emotions and thought forms of the people living here.

In the subterranean cities, there are those who have evolved to a fifth dimension consciousness and those who have evolved to a fourth dimension consciousness, while retaining an immortalized body that is totally free of the human limitations we are still subjected to on the surface. All of them live in a kind of wondrous paradise they have forged for themselves over the thousands of years they have lived underground. Our ways of life here is very far remote from theirs. They consider us still very primitive in our ways of living, we way we structure of our societies, our governments, our legal system, our educational system and our healing modalities with the cut, burn, and poison system, etc.

Comparing to them, we, on the surface, are like toddlers still in diapers or savages in the jungle. They do not judge us, they still see us as their brothers and sisters; but they are certainly not interested to partake our ways of life. When we are ready to listen to them, accept them as our teachers without killing them, when we are ready to integrate their ways of life, they will come out to help us build for ourselves on the surface, the wondrous type of life they have forged for themselves inside the Earth.

"The day of their emergence to the surface will bring our liberation".

They will teach us how to forge for ourselves a golden age of love, prosperity for all, immortality, true brotherhood they have built for themselves eons ago in their underground paradises. But until we willingly move into harmlessness for all kingdoms of Earth, they will not come.

Inside the Earth, the subterranean people live in houses that seem like very luxurious palaces comparing to ours on the surface. Wealth is unlimited for all. There is no money system, but a very effective barter system. There is no taxation of any kind, no I.R.S., no banking system, no credit card system, no realtors, no mortgage companies, no hospitals, no doctors because no one ever gets sick, no lawyers, no law enforcement officers, no labor unions, no prison nor mental institutions. There are no retirement homes because no one ever gets old, all can maintain perfect health, youth and vitality for thousands of years, until they chose to move into their next calling somewhere else.

Everyone is given one of those palaces to live in when they reach adulthood or start a family of their own. No one ever has to buy anything. They can acquire anything they want just by going to their various distribution centers and get it, just by the asking. Food is distributed fresh and wholesome daily in various distribution centers and everyone takes what they need. The food is “free�? fresh, totally organic with a high concentration of life giving minerals, vitamins, enzymes, oxygen, etc. that keep their bodies in such outstanding conditions. They would never think of poisoning their foods with an endless list of toxic chemicals to enhance growing or before they eat it like we do here on the surface. They must really think we are suffering from some kind of insanity or we are very backward to poison our soil the way we do, pollute our water systems, then our food with the 10,000 various kinds of toxic chemicals the food industry uses to give our food a better look and a longer shelf life. Our food must looks almost like rat poison to them, and they told me that they would not consider eating it. No wonder most of us suffer from one kind of ailment or the other!

In the subterranean cities, everyone works approximately 20 hours a week for the benefit of all. They are, for most, community projects oriented to keep the communities or cities running smoothly. All work is considered “equal�?and “sacred�? On the same token, no one has to pay to acquire anything they want or need. Everything is free. Since their lives is absolutely stress free and they choose their work, everyone enjoys their work. All work is performed with love and with a high standard of excellence. They work in teams for most projects and since they are very harmonious among themselves, their work time is considered a lot of fun and very fulfilling. Everyone has a lot of free time to develop their own personal talents, their hobbies, their personal studies of interest and their favorite pass times.

In the subterranean cities, people are mostly vegetarians. The Lemurians under Mt. Shasta are totally vegetarians. No one eats any other, including the animals. All animals are also vegetarians, including the lions, tigers, panthers, etc. Because there is not the violence of the killing of the animal kingdom underground, their land is pure and very blessed. In Telos, they need only seven acres of land to feed one and one half million Telosians.

I could go on and on as to why people who live underground have no desire to live on the surface. Until our consciousness evolves in a more positive direction, or perhaps until we get out of our “diapers�?and start acting like mature, evolved humans, honor the Earth and Her many kingdoms, until we become more responsible stewards for our Sacred Earth, our platform of evolution, and stop trashing Her body, until we stop killing each other and slaughtering our animals, we are continuing to be seen, not only by the various underground civilizations, but also by the numerous other inter-galactic civilizations, as primitive, unreliable, unpredictable and not safe to be around.

Need I say more? Myself, if I could move underground today and partake the kind of life the people enjoy inside the Earth, I would do so without hesitation and without regret. I also know the many who would come with me in a moment, so much are we longing for peace and true brotherhood.

Wake up, people of Earth´s surface. Together, let´s all join hands to create for ourselves this wondrous paradise all of us have been longing for, for so very long. Today, let us all embrace harmlessness, kindness, love, compassion, brotherhood, forgiveness for each other, for all beings of the animal kingdom, and for all of Earth´s other kingdoms. Let us start to do it right now, and in each moment of every day to come. Let us create a new beginning and prove ourselves worthy and ready to be physically trained by our “underground�?brothers and sisters. Let us join with them in spirit in our daily prayers, and soon in bodies, that together, we can forge a new civilization of human beings on this planet who will equal the attainment and mastery that our brothers and sisters living underground have reached. Let us do it…now and know that if we all bind together to do it, very quickly, our two civilizations will unite again "physically", in a grand celebration of Love and Light.

There is a common belief among the surface population that Lemuria has been destroyed under the waves of the Pacific Ocean over 12,000 years ago, and that it no longer exists.

In a third dimensional perspective, this is entirely true. The thermo-nuclear blast that destroyed most of our continent along with almost 300 million of our people, created a most painful devastation to the physical surface of this planet and its inhabitants than any one of you could possibly imagine. It also created a tremendous shock to your Mother Earth. Almost overnight, in its final stage, the continent of Mu, our beloved Lemuria, who was considered by all the "Motherland", the cradle of civilizations for this planet, had vanished. The rest of the world was utterly stunned, mourning the loss. The pain of the lost of the Motherland was so great, that even today of your time, most of the people on this planet are still carrying this pain and the trauma deep seated in their cellular memory.

The souls of those who perished at the time were the most devastated, and they are the ones who are still carrying the most pains and traumas in every part of their being to this day. Many of you on the surface who have formerly perished in the blast have completely closed yourselves to the memory of your glorious Lemurian ancestry because, for you, the ending was so tragic and so painful. Your pains and grief have been buried deep within your subconscious, waiting for the time it can surface again to be healed. The purpose of the transmission of this information is to assist all of you who will read these words to start consciously to heal those records, first within yourself, and also for the planet. For this, with great love and compassion, we offer you our assistance.

To all of you reading these words, let us say to you that Lemuria has never been totally destroyed as it has been perceived in your present timing. It still exists to this day in a fourth and fifth dimensional frequency, not yet visible to your third dimensional vision and perception. As the veil between those dimensions continues to become increasingly thinner, we want to assure you that in a not too distant future, your beloved Lemuria, in Her new Splendor and Glory, will reveal Herself to you in a very physical and tangible way.
