well today, I decided not to post and read what we got and the Tai Chi poses I posted are excellent it's one of the chinese way I love and it is so easy maybe we could do a pose a day or something, try them out remember it's slow... read up on this old form of protection for the body you'll be surprised at how strong you get esp when someone tries to knock you over, I think it's a form of grounding that is so secure someone has a difficult time changing your position. and beings it's a meditation you become graceful and secure in your own right. so...what do you got to loose,just try it...
