Healing Ritual

This spell is for minor ailments

You Will Need:

Sage incense
Bay Leaves
Vervain
A censer bowl of fresh water
A Blue Candle
A Blue ink pen

The Spell:

This spell is best performed in the evening

Charge all of the herbs
Then place the Bay leaves and the vervain
Into the bowl of water

For this rite you will need to sit cross legged
In the center of your sacred space
With the bowl of water and herbs in front of you

Light the sage in the censer
Then light the blue candle
Take 3 deep breaths then begin

On the inside of your wrists
Just below your palms
Draw with the blue pen
The rune symbol of health
Or another symbol of your choosing
That represents health to you
(i.e. a picture of the sun)

Then invoke the Goddess Isis

By reciting the following:  

 Isis of the moon
You who are all that ever was
All that is and all that shall be
Come veiled queen of the night
Come as the scent
Of the sacred lotus
Charging my circle
With Love and Magick
Do descend upon my circle
I prey O blessed Isis

With your palms face down
Move them in a circular motion over the bowl

As you do this say:

Oh spirits mine
This water pure
Is put here for your use
To bring my body chemicals
For health placed within this juice
My loving thanks
I send to you for help you give to me
My vibrant health is certain now
Thanks, and so mote it be

Then dip your index and middle finger of your right hand
Into the water, first dab both of your wrists with the water

Dip again and this time dab your forehead,
Throat and Heart

While you do this say:

Spirits of life and health
I ask renew my body for its tasks
Make me strong and full of glee
My hearty thanks I give to thee

When this is finished, stand, raise your arms

And say:

In the name of Isis
May this spell manifest
Blessed be

Close the ritual with thanks
