2 large heads Bibb lettuce, torn (6 cups)
3 small Portobello mushroom caps, thinly sliced
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced

Directions
- Place 1 cup lettuce on each of 6 serving plates; top evenly with mushrooms, tomatoes, onion and cucumber. Sprinkle evenly with cranberries, almonds and feta. Drizzle evenly with dressing.
