Sugar-Free Strawberry Pie
1 baked pie shell
1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding
1 package sugar-free strawberry gelatin
2-1/2 cups cold water
4 cups fresh Driscoll's strawberries, washed and hulled
In a saucepan, mix dry pudding and gelatin with water. Stir over medium
heat until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Cool until
slightly thickened.Arrange small whole or large sliced strawberries in
pie shell. Pour cooled mixture over berries.Refrigerate until set. Serve
with whipped topping, if desired. Add a whole strawberry with stem for
garnish.
