6 pork chops

1 cup apple sauce

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/8 tsp onion powder

Brown pork chops on both sides.  Place in shallow casserole.  Combine remaining ingredients and spoon evenly over chops.  Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 mins.  Remove cover and continue baking 15 mins longer or until chops are tender.
