Tuna Quiche Piecrust for 1-9" pie 1Tbsp. Butter 1 Med Onion diced 1 Small Green Pepper diced 1-7oz. Can Tuna drained & flaked 4 Eggs 1c. Half & Half cream 1/2 Tsp. Salt Prepare piecrust. Spread with 1 Tbsp. butter. In 2 quart saucepan, over medium heat, in 3 Tbsp. Butter, cook onion and pepper until tender, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in tuna. Spoon tuna mixture into prepared piecrust. In bowl, with fork, beat eggs, half & half and salt. Pour into piecrust. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees; turn to 325 degrees and bake 35 minutes until knife comes out of center clean. 780 calories per serving. Love & Hugs, AngelBear7042
