"Your childhood you spend most of your life trying to overcome, the beginnings are scary, the endings are sad.  It's the middle part that is what is most important to focus on in life."  (Birdie Calvert-Hope Floats)

I really like this quote and I was thinking on a rainy day like this and mood from most of us, this would be a good day for some words.  For myself, its helpful journaling my thoughts and whatever comes out of it I am most proud of.  Most of your have read I interacted with some nut a few weeks back, and to be honest even if I did the right thing and got myself out of a situation that I knew was not healthy, it still was hard emotionally.  It was scary, because I been through this.  I now understand why I been somewhat insecure with things.  Those moments in your life, is what helps you become stronger.  As I look at a song I will be performing at Keene Ido which I have decided is "Always Tomorrow - By Gloria Estefan.  I am following what a friend recommended to me because I know with this song I not only will sing it well, but put a lot of meaning behind it because its true to me.  I really want to be true to myself while performing on the 14th.

Another situation of defeat that happened this week is I got back on my bike after my bike accident due to weather being good not scared out of my mind because of that.  I was nervous but I went slow and remembered my fathers words of wisdom "Defensive Driving".  Over the weekend, a big thing I faced is asking for help, being honest, and also finding ways of calming myself down when I worried too much on how I cared.  Also fought the thoughts, and looked at to how I was really feeling.  Also finding comfort in myself in presence of friends, and stepped up instead of keeping myself in back of the boat.  Sometimes noting progression helps you on the straight line.  My boyfriend also noted to me that I didn't need to force myself to stay awake if i felt tired, to go to sleep because it was a long day.  I think the next important step or goal I need to really work on, is calmness and clarity.

I send prayers to anyone who is dealing with life in general, stuff around relationships, and also themselves.   Remember to ask yourself this question.  "What makes you stay, when your life falls apart."  A great line from a song by Deanna Carter.  Lastly remember that sometimes cards are dealt and sometimes you don't know how to handle the cards outcome, but deal with it instead of fogetting it and fogging it out of your mind. You become stronger if you do that, for you.  Yes remember you, that is most important.

Road becomes clear by you knowing the way.
