Ditties?BR>
Life is ever changing and not filled with promises. We just do the best we can on someday; my grandmother called it muddling through. But we don’t have to muddle through, we can make each day a day filled with passion and vibrancy. We can make each day count for something. We can lay our heads on our pillows at night and say; look what I accomplished today.

We are told that we can do all things through Jesus Christ who strengthens me. But so often we rely on ourselves alone. When maybe if we relied on our faith we’d go further in what we choose to accomplish. Maybe we would be more willing to reach out and to shine our light so others can see.

Last ditties I talked about my horses this week I want to tell you about our cat Boots. Now please know Boots and I tolerate each other, he is definitely my husband’s cat. And Boots is a huge gray cat that is lean and fit and very snooty and independent. But apparently Boots is not always graceful. He decided to walk along the edge of the pool that Ron is in the process of draining. Boots fell into the water and began thrashing about, Ron was able to fish him out and than wrapped a towel around him and dried him off.

Boots needed Ron and was willing to take the help offered. Boots learned that walking along the edge isn’t always a great plan because sometimes you fall in. Luckily for Boots, Ron was home to save him. How often do we walk the edge in our lives and we stumble and we fall? Who is there to pick us up? I hope for each of you the answer is Jesus Christ. I hope that you allow Him to strengthen you and that you live each day with a passion and vibrancy and have a no regrets style of life in your faith and spirituality.

ooooooh dawnie....awesome post hon!! i totally agree with you 100%

Jesus has always been my rock and saviour! i may not have always felt like this because for so many years i wondered why exactly i was put here on this earth only to have so much suffering and heartache!

but i dont' think like that anymore...i still don't know the answers but i have found an inner peace and no one can take that away from me!!

they that wait upon the Lord
shall renew their strength
they shall mount up
with wings as eagles
they shall run
and not be weary
they shall walk
and not faint

isaiah 40:31

this has always been my favorite verse...i'm even going to get an eagle tattoo and under it will say isaiah 40:31
