A message to everyone in our group, Happy New Year and with these upcoming 365 days, may you wake up each morning and know you have been given the gift of this day!  If you know you need to stop doing a certain something, the knowledge of it, is a sign.  If you know you need to start doing a certina something, the same applies.  I believe that all of us have the strength to overcome our weaknesses and I believe we can all be believed in.  May all your dreams be sweet, and may your health be wonderful!
