online it creates scenarios..and assumptions

without the veracity of real life..

assumed reasons why someone does not answer an email

is there someone else

is he.she found someone new..

was this all "a game to him..to her"

how come she does not respond..he does not write to me

let me send her/him 10 more emails..

in real life..we would look at that as obsessive compulsive behaviour

dysfunctionality..if the instrument of choice was a phone..nothing like leavng 10 calls in a row

to cement the emotional intimacy...lol

the mind indeed is a scary thing

assumptions when taled out are just that

asumptions without the data of someone's real offline life

business calls

child obligations

health issues...

real life..chores..laundry..grocery shopping

all that non sexy stuff..that makes one's life..one's life...

weariness of the inherent falsehood of the net..and the need for a break...

all things said...can be eliminated with a simple Control-Alt-Delete...

where are those buttons in my real life..how easy life would be..

to edit and delete life..words spoken..glances exchanged....promises broken..hushed whispers..

in life..you create your own experience..on the web you create your glamorized experience..

in life as one the web..there is no final reality only perceptions

takes a pretty self aware soul..to identify the filters the drive your online and offline behaviour

in the end..life rewards action...not online promises..make careful decisions and then act..

life is managed..not cured by going online...learn to take charge of your real life..the story that is your real life..not the one you are constantly writing in your own revisionist text online.. on 4am..
