This is a recipe my mom used to make.It is so easy, it takes 10 min to prepare.   There is no real recipe for it as I believe she made it up but it,s so simple and great tasting.

Take 3 eggs and beat them .
Add 3 cups of milk.
Add salt & pepper to flavour
Add 1 tin of salmon. Mix well.
Take about 20 crackers and crush them and add them to the mixture, it should look like a soup mixture, if it doesn't add a few more crackers.
Put in a loaf pan and bake for about 45 min. at 375. You can tell when its done by putting a fork in the middle. It will come out clean.

My mom used to make Salmon Patties pretty much the same way.  That sounds kinda good and something different!  Thanks Jeff!
