Mix 1 pkgs dry yeast in 7 oz  lukewarm water until dissolved

Add 4 1/2 Tbsp honey, 1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil, and 1/4 tsp salt.  Stir until everything is dissolved.

Mix in 2 2/3 C bread flour (we use whole wheat to make alter bread for communion).

Knead for 5-10 minutes then put in a slightly oiled glass or metal bowl covered with towel.  Let rise to twice it's size (about 1 1/2 hrs).

Make into loaves (at least 2) and let rise again.

Bake at 350F until it sounds hollow when you thump it.....

I'm not sure how long this will take seeing as how when we make it we dont let it rise again and make flatbread that only bakes for 10 minutes.  However, experiment with it.  Check it at about half an hour.  It's cheap.  Let me know how long to bake it when you figure it out.
