Artichoke dip: Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2 cans artichoke hearts (8oz.) packed in water
1 cup mayonaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 wedge parmasan cheese
8 oz. diced jalapeno peppers (optional)
pepper & garlic powder to taste
chop artichokes well (make sure you drain the water from them first)
grate the parm cheese wedge (put some aside to spread on top after in pan)
mix all ingredients together and spread in pan.
bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Top will be light brown.
serve with Tostitos Scoops or Ritz crackers. Enjoy!
