rinse, lay on foil skin side down, dab with butter, alternate laying orange and lemon slice on fish with a few (very few for me) red onion slices...light light drizzzle of olive oil....wrap up and bake at 375 for about an hour...don't let the salmon dry out or overcook.

This is excellent.

Salmon Loaf'

Take 1 can of salmon ( small tin )   add  three cups of milk in a greased bread loaf pan .  Add three beaten eggs. Add about two teaspoons of chopped chives or green onions. add salt and pepper. Take about 25 crackers ( plain soup crackers) and crumble them into the mixture. It should look like a soup. Put in oven and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Will turn into a  golden brown salmon loaf when cooked. Put toothpick in the middle to check to see if it's done. Toothpick should come out clean.

If you have never tried this I am sure it will become one of your families favorites & its so simple to make. Prep time 5 to 10 minutes.
