Hubby just accidentally made the best pancakes Ive ever eaten.  He started with the strawberry shortcake recipe not realizing what he was doing.  However, they turned out marvelous so give em a try.

 

 

4 2/3 c Bisquick

2 - 2 1/3 c milk

5 eggs

6 tbsp white granulated sugar

 

Mix well and drop about 1/4 cup on a hot ungreased griddle.  Flip when surface is covered in bubbles.  Cook to golden brown.
