I do my fair share of baking...my grandmother instilled that..that the good Lord for grandmas........but Wedding Cake recipe thats practical for me I'm having trouble finding...

You're kidding, right?  Hmm... I think that's what I posted on your last thread.
 
Ok.... here's the deal.  Wedding cake is just "cake" in layers decorated real pretty.  However, my uncle's sister is hired to bake them on a regular basis, so I can ask her ... but I bet she'll tell me "gee Pam, it's just cake in layers decorated pretty"...
 
I can't ask her until after this weekend though because she has a son graduating.... blah blah blah.. party and other stuff.. so I don't want to bother her.
 
I suggest ho-ho's and twinkies arranged prettily.  (that way you have both chocolate and white... good variety ... maybe a snoball to add variety)

Nope, not kidding, the recipe I got is similair to  Champaigne Cake w/o the alcohol and calls for chilling batter and things such, got it from my ex's deceased aunt 14 yr ago
