Thanks, but that is the internet options I know about, and thats not the place.  Any other ideas, anyone?

Sorry, I guess I am not making it very clear.....I know that is where you change the settings, but how do I put it back so I can see todays, previous days...etc....right now, each time the browser is closed, the files are wiped.....when I open the browser again....the files that were there are gone....I want to put it so they stay there.

Thanks Average Joe,  I had actually found the same thing and that is what I needed!

Now I have another question....I notice that IE 7 doesn't keep ALL the sites visited like the older version of IE did.  Is there any way for me to change it so that it does?  (This is so I can monitor what sites have been visited).

it lists browsing history click the settings button at the bottom of that window it has history set how many days you want the history to be saved and click ok.

Also make sure that you don't have it set to clean up when it is closed

Yes, thanks I am aware of that...but the problem is, all the websites do not show in TIF like they used to.  All the websites ever visited for every minute of the day would show, now only a selected few.

I don't understand what has changed.

who else uses your computer? maybe you should ask who else uses it what they did or if they was in something they shouldve been?

IE 7 lists the main page accessed not pages within the main to the best of my knowledge. But you lost me on the TIF thing I'll check with AJ
