This "act" was created in NY in 1962 New Your Family Courts Act 1962  No "act" can trump the State nor US Constns nor remove the Constnl Checks & Balances, all family court decisions are NULL & VOID for removing Your Grand Jury Right to a Verified Complaint with a suppoting affidavit of an actual injured party, a finding of probable cause, a reading of the charges, the right of counsel, evidentary hearing, a full & fair trial to a finding by the Jury good & true I learned a lot a little too late-Donut learn as I did, take care & beware-FTG The sun shineth upon the dunghill, & isnt corrupted.
