I see some encouraging people to not vote at all. However I wonder how this works...would you be stuck with Bush?
 
On the other hand they all slid out from under the same rock so what difference will it make?
 
I'm not American (nor did I post this) but I like the advice that recommends people write Ron Pauls name on voting form or however you vote.
Obviously the Powers dont want Ron Paul as President so that might be a good endorsement of his qualities. 
He's still in the race but it seems Americans could be excused for thinking he has pulled out.
