DID THE PRESIDENT SPEAK WITH FORKED TONGUE

I heard the President of the United States, George W. Bush, speak today, (October 28, 2003) and answer questions from the press. I was struck by the remark he said at the end of the press conference, speaking about Iraq and the United Nation’s resolution.. We invaded Iraq because we want the U.N to have credibly, you can’t keep issuing resolution and they are not enforced. Well, Mr. President what about the U.N. resolution dealing with Israel, you have not seen fit to enforce them, I guess in this area you do not want the U.N. to have credibly, the American people and the world’s people are tired of your disingenuous tap-dance. Israel must be made to comply with U.N. resolution, maybe Germany or France should enforce the U.N. resolution certainly they would be justified. After all the rule of law applies to all Nations equally, or is it your intention to use the treat of force against any nation that would dare go against your pet, Israel?

AA. White
