Daily acupuncture treatments might be of some help as it is based on the same science that is being used to attack my health, electromagnetics.
Acupuncture and acupreasure works on the bioelectromagnetic field, its body 'ley' lines and intersections.
But as long as I am encased in a deleterious field 24/7 and I am totally alone in my personal fight (I've mentioned that they threaten my doctors to cooperate with THEM) with no friends in close proximity since I had to move away from my hometown; trying to help myself in such a way would be like facing a sword with sewing pin. 
My biochemistry is so messed up and affecting every cell and likely my DNA that the best I can do for myself is to keep shifting around what I injest to keep from getting worse too fast, where I can no longer remain independent. Besides, I have a future; or so I was 'impressed' with many years ago. "This too shall pass." So far everything I've 'seen' has come to pass as a warning for my future. It was my decision to go through with the life I live to fight the Elite World Controllers and I am supposed to eventually heal when they are forced to stop.
I have to tell you, Judy, that sometimes you are the only one that brightens my day and keeps me going. 
FYI
I spend anywhere from 2 to 6 hours a day, in the AM, on the PC networking. The hacking slows me down. Most days are about 3 or 4 hours; which makes it like a volunteer part time job. I haven't incited a 'riot' within the NWO since the year 2000, but all my interference has had lasting effects. To know what is going on behind the scenes is to know that we are actually winning. The hardest part is now waiting for everything to come to fruition.
