Instead of scrolling down the page to find what you are looking for.
Next time hold down the Control key and press F ... type a word you know is in the subject of what your are looking for and quickly search the page... (note this will only search the screen you are looking at, so it if does not find anything on that page, just go to the previous messages and do it again until you find what you are looking for).
