Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray eight muffin cups with nonstick spray or line with papers. In a |
medium bowl, sift together dry ingredients. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Beat on low |
speed until blended. Stir in dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake |
