Preheat oven to 400. Combine 1st 6 ingred. Blend well and stir in fruit and nuts, blending well. Make a well |
in the center and pour in the milk, oil and egg, blend well just till moistened. Dough will be sticky. Divide |
batter evenly into the tins coated with oil spray, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 20 minutes. Remove |
from tin immediately and cool on rack. Makes 12. |
