Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin cups or line with papers. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil |
and milk. Sift together dry ingredients in a separate bowl; fold gently into egg mixture. Stir in cheese and |
onion, mixing only until combined; batter will be lumpy. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. |
