Vinegar Here are the rules to use my illustrations.. Please, read all of these points below, I won't respond to any e-mails with questions which are answered here or in the f.a.q.. Also remember some of my illustrations are copyrighted not only to me - read descriptions to see if you can use them.
Frankly I'm really tired of finding my illustrations on the internet used in a way I'm not fond of, but I also know that even if I'd forbid to use them, people would keep stealing it, so just please, read my terms.. Basically you just have to give me credits and you can NOT tube / alter them if you didn't buy the official tube at myPSPtubes.com, that's all. TERMS OF USAGE: 1. You can only use my artwork for blogs, livejournals, myspace layouts and similar - with proper credits placed, of course. You may not, however, use it to illustrate your stories, or share them in any other way (this means tubes, avatars, wallpapers, etc.), 2. ©vinegaria.com or ©Gracjana Zielinska and the link to http://www.vinegaria.com or my DA account - http://vinegar.deviantart.com is required on anything of mine that's used. Clickable link would be prefered, 3. ALL PREVIOUS PERMISSIONS OF MY ARTWORK FOR TUBES ARE NOW REVOKED. If you wish to continue to use my art for tubes or in signature tags, my official PSP tubes are available now at myPSPtubes.com, 4. In regards to rule #1, there is no need to inform me about using my art if you're following the rules, but it's always welcome if you wish to send me the information, 5. Please save images to your own server, no direct linking to my website. I'm sorry I no longer allow free tubing, but I got really tired of finding many shared sets of tubes with my images which were not only badly tubed, but also very often it wasn't even my art and yet it was signed as mine. Not to mention in how many ways my images were altered so much I wanted to scream (for example I saw a tube made of one of my girls whose colors were changed to purple, some bits were repainted and she had horns and wings added). This way I can at least guarantee you the quality of tubes you'll purchase. I also made sure, while signing the contract, that people can still use my art for personal purposes for free with credits given, only the tubing is not allowed anymore. I hope you can understand my decision. |
