  | 1 head lettuce, torn into bite-size pieces  |  8 oz cream cheese, cut in small cubes  |   |   | 
  | 2 cups fresh spinach leaves  |   |   |  1 cup cashews  |   |   |   |   | 
  | Dressing:  |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1 cup olive oil  |   |   |   |  1 tsp celery seed  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1/2 cup sugar  |   |   |   |  1 tsp dry mustard  |   |   |   |   | 
  | 1/3 cup cider vinegar  |   |   |  1 tsp salt  |   |   |   |   | 
   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   |   | 
  | Wash lettuce and spinach; dry and place in large bowl. Add cashews and cream cheese cubes.  In a cruet | 
  | or jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine dressing ingredients; shake well.  Pour over salad and toss gently. |
