Salad Nicoise 
The term "nicoise" refers to a specific kind of small black olive. If you can't find them, any black olives
will do.   
Lettuce leaves  6 anchovy fillets 
12 radishes  15 oz canned tuna  
1 onion, sliced  3 hard-boiled eggs, halved 
3 tomatoes, cut in wedges  1/2 cup French dressing (or more, to taste) 
1 cup sliced celery  12 black olives 
Place the lettuce leaves on a serving platter. Arrange radishes, onion slices, tomato wedges, celery,
olives, anchovy fillets, drained tuna, and hard-boiled eggs on lettuce leaves.  Sprinkle with French
dressing. Allow to marinate 30 minutes before serving.  Serves 6.
