Yesterday and some this morning, I spent two or so hours looking at pics here and over in FaceBook. I love pics even more so than text. A couple of comments about over here: Pike's street run is nothing short of fabulous. Xer's rides are really great. A couple of comments therein for the non-PNW folks. Great Big Beautiful Trucks loaded with logs as well as finished lumber. Astounding barns. I know, I know that there are old barns everwhere, but not the same as the in the valleys along the Stilly, Skagit, Snohomish, and others.
No way am I trying to short change all the other pic posted by the good folks here. Love them all.

I remember shortly after moving to Seattle in the early seventies and getting my first car here, my very first car was a piece of junk down in Houston, I used to drive around out on local highways looking at old barns and farm houses. There are less of them now than then.
Coot, I will make a conscious effort to shoot barns when out on the roads. Be patient with me though, the weather around here hasn't been conducive of two wheeling of late. It is particularly soggy today! |
