My Amazing Daughter and her band are playing tonight at a local Barnes and Noble...if you go, give her a big ol  from her momma ...I think it's going to be posted on the Barnes and Noble website after...

Hey All!

Tomorrow night (Thursday) we'll be playing a free show at the Barnes
and Noble in the University Village. The show starts at 7pm. Barnes
and Noble will be filming the performance and posting it on their
website. This is an all-ages gig.

Unfortunately Bee Simonds had to cancel so we will be starting
earlier than previously stated. We will however play longer (yes!).

Thursday November 13th @ The Spotlight Stage
University Village Barnes and Noble
2675 NE University Village Street
Seattle, WA 98105
206-517-4107

7:00pm Cory Joseph http://www.myspace.com/coryjosephmusic

8:00pm David Hillman

Also we'll be playing all night on Wed Nov 26, Thanksgiving Eve, at
the Musicquarium Lounge @ The Triple Door in Downtown Seattle.

And next year (Jan 15) you can look forward me sharing a great bill
at High Dive in Fremont featuring the lovely and talented Eva La
Meatbeard and also Pete Bush and the Hoi Polloi!

Cheers!

-DH

Well Jen, this is the way it is with some old people - Flora and I are sitting here watching/feeling our (gas) fire in a cozy sun room. Outside is a WA day -- cool and overcast.

We did enjoy our kids, just as you enjoy yours. Ti's amazing how soon they are in the 50 age bracket such as ours.

oc...thanks for the neat info re Liv. Quite a young lady.

Couldn't make yesterday, Jen... responsibilities. The timing has yet to work out for us to see Liv perform. When is she playing in South Sound again?

Also, are y'all going to take us up on the dinner invite Friday next week? Mom, my older sis, wife's son, and a niece from Houston are joining us (both in their thirties), but as said before if you don't mind staying with me and the wife we still have a spare bedroom, with two single beds, in our unit. There is no smoking allowed inside, but smoking on the lanai is an option. We're a few hundred feet from the ocean, depending on the tide. Or, if you'd rather, there are hotels/motels in Ocean Shores. And, if you simply must get back to the city same day, Ocean Shores is right at three hours from Seattle by car. I need to know for planning purposes if you are coming or not, so, r.s.v.p?

Xer luv...I wish I could give you a definite answer!  My husbands family is in Portland, and if Liv can get a day off from Pete's, then we have to go down there.  But I won't know until next week ...all I can say for sure is I get there Wed night and go straight to the Musiquarium at The Triple Door to hear her gig, then she probably has to work Thanksgiving (don't know yet) if so, hang in Seattle, if not down to Portland...if we're in town, it's because she's working...definitely we'll be back in Seattly by Saturday because she plays at the Benaroya on Sunday.

I'm going to email you my cell phone number, for I would love to TELL you Happy Thanksgiving .

Oops! Friday after next is not next week, it is the week after next. Brain is slower then fingers today...

How about I just say Friday, November 28th? Didn't suggest Thanksgiving Day because figured you'd be doing something with family, but thought the day after...? Well, let me know when you know, Jen. I will plan on it, but if you can't make it, at least you can call? Okay, sounds good. I'll check the e-mail later today. MUST run now, or there's no chance of riding.
