Tomorrow night I'll be in Seattle listening to my amazing daughter!  I'm going straight from the airport to the Musiquarium Lounge at the Triple Door...she's playing a set from 9 - Midnight

 

I'll be with her until Sunday...and for my birthday, she's performing a Symphony at the Benaroya..hehe...ok...not Only for my birthday...but Sunday after the performance, I'll jam to the airport and head back.  I can't think of a better way to organize a visit than with Liv welcoming me and sending me off with music...I do love that girl!

 

Oh...last christmas, Liv played in the Oregon and Washington shows with Michael W. Smith...here's a youtube clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bg07Gp7Xuf8 the camera pans off the singer, and Liv is the bassist on the far right.  She got invited back to play with them again this year, for Oregon, Washington, and Idaho, and for the orchestra in those states, she's principal!
