Where would she really do the most good, in the Senate... or the Supreme Court. Did I misunderstand the news account or doesn't she have a background in Constitutional Law?

I don't know how well-versed she is in Constitutional Law, but she does have a JD from Columbia.   I would hope that any Supreme Court appointee would know the Constitutional Law inside out.   I think she'd be a great Senator, however.  Or better yet, an Ambassador like her Grandfather was.....

Gryphon, my understanding is she has been well published on Constitutional Law. Who better to serve on the Supreme Court than a Constitutional Law scholar?
