Try getting into a push up position. When you go down in the push up, stretch your body as far forward as possible, and gently touch your nose to the floor, maintaining the body rigid and straight. Do that several times.
I think, though, I now have a broken nose. rofl...I'm home by myself for a while, so I'll have to try those other exercises a bit rigged...
